She sends updates when they are en route to and from my house and always lets me know when he is safe and sound at home. We brought our pup to her so she could evaluate what was going on, and when he came home, she walked us through a step by step process that allowed him to be confident being home alone again. I was seriously concerned that we wouldn't be able to leave him alone ever again, but Elena knew what to do, and encouraged us to patiently stick with the program. Now we can leave him at home and he's relaxed and happy. The vet could only recommend that we drug him. Elena really knows dogs and she is excellent at giving them a voice. We are so grateful. The paperwork that was set to accompany our dog was lost THREE times and the vet in Amsterdam would not release our dog until the paperwork was received. Next to no communication from the company and when I did get an email (THREE DAYS after he arrived in Amsterdam), they asked what I wanted to do about the situation. I paid nearly $4k for my dog to get stuck in a foreign country for nearly a week. On top of that, he did not have his leash or collar when he was delivered. TERRIBLE service and communication.
