It's because of the staff here, I've been able to throw away my pandemic leggings and reintroduce denim into my life. I love how wearable every item is, going from casual to dressy and can be worn for multiple occassions. Perfect for a work from home mama like me. Their accessory section is top notch -- I own several earrings, necklaces, and belts that have held up (and even get better!) over the years. I call back 20-30 min later when I get the message. After all the holds etc. get a person (Michael/employee number 101655) on the phone. More hold to connect me to repairs. Comes back--"given we are now an hour past your appointment time..we need to reschedule) Um excuse me? We are 4 hours past my appointment time when your side called me. Asked repeatedly to speak to a manager. DENIED. Asked again. Can have a manger contact you in 24 hours. WHAT THE ACTUAL??? Refused to connect me to a manager or supervisor on the spot. Try to call the local store I purchased at--get their corporate overloads again... Go back online to make another apt--none for another week. I still don't know if they will even fix the ring. What it will cost. Nothing. This should not be so difficult. And I'm still flabbergasted that they made their mistake--mine. And then denied me escalatory measures.... AVOID. The store accepts walk-ins but I highly recommend making an appointment as the shop gets really busy (especially on weekends). Appointments are thirty minutes long but in reality it takes about fifteen minutes (depending on how busy they are). We went with a group of toddlers / elementary age children and the pretty atmosphere, branded hair ties, and lollipops made them feel at ease. They loved being able to look at the display case of earrings, placing the samples on their ears, and choosing their new jewelry. We worked with one nurse in particular and she was absolutely patient and wonderful. The other one was not particularly customer oriented, but she got the job done. Crying was minimal and we were all pleased with the results. Cleanliness, attention to detail, and aftercare instructions were great. Love how this company was able to turn ear piercing into a true experience + fun memory for all.
