Do not buy if you want a product that lasts with no run around!!! This place is a joke. Ny husband bought me a (albeit) beautiful eternity ring 18 months ago (Side bar being it gets ridiculously dirty bc of the way the gems are cut and did not disclose. And even though I took it in at least three times to be cleaned could never look like it did on purchase. A stone falls out. Ok fine. They have a store. I take it to the store and they can't do anything but send it away. Takes the folks more than a week to reach out on email. I book an appointment. First available--another week!!! Says 1130am. It says eastern time selected. (I even went back to CONFIRM that was a booking option). It loads into my calendar as eastern. I get a call at 2:30 eastern--it booked on their side as pacific... I call back 20-30 min later when I get the message. After all the holds etc. get a person (Michael/employee number 101655) on the phone. More hold to connect me to repairs. Comes back--"given we are now an hour past your appointment time..we need to reschedule) Um excuse me? We are 4 hours past my appointment time when your side called me. Asked repeatedly to speak to a manager. DENIED. Asked again. Can have a manger contact you in 24 hours. WHAT THE ACTUAL??? Refused to connect me to a manager or supervisor on the spot. Try to call the local store I purchased at--get their corporate overloads again... Go back online to make another apt--none for another week. I still don't know if they will even fix the ring. What it will cost. Nothing. This should not be so difficult. And I'm still flabbergasted that they made their mistake--mine. And then denied me escalatory measures.... AVOID. Now that I finally did the job (getting engaged), I can put this review out here. We spent a good amount of time looking for rings. For the most part it was either a lack of options, the customer service wasn't great, or ethical(?) reasons. Until we came across Brilliant Earth. This was our last option before we had to expand our search so we booked an appointment online. The customer service when checking in wasn't super friendly but as soon as we got to meet with David, things starting clicking. The appointment was in their show room and we were the only people in there so it felt very personal. He was very friendly, welcoming, and informative. He laid out our options very clearly and even helped me secretly buy the ring on the spot. Pricing was pretty reasonable, especially for the ring we got. You do have to make an appointment for pick up as well but a great option to be discrete. The most important thing was my fiancé loved the ring and David really helped make that happen. I was referred to the Mosaic District location from one of my coworkers. I looked on their website and there were a ton of different band and stone designs to choose from. I came to the store in-person on a weekday around 10:00 AM and was greeted by Marley. He knew exactly which engagement band I was looking for in the inventory and explained the different categories a diamond is assessed. He helped me place my order and explained what options I had in case the ring size or style needed to be changed later on. I had a couple of changes after I had placed my order and they were able make those changes very quick. Marley was super chill and helpful. I hope he is doing good and still vibing. The ring costed a total of about $4200 after tax (pricier than I expected) but it came out amazing. The order also included a pair of stud earrings which was a nice touch. Ring seems to be holding up well and my coworker said her jewelry from this store has always been durable and good quality. I will be coming back for a wedding band when the time comes! read more

I visited the show room a couple of times now since the grand opening and I get an amazing welcomed feeling every time I step foot into the store. Absolute garbage customer service. Came to look at wedding bands. No hello. No good morning. Just straight forward "do you have an appointment". Not knowing that was the ONLY way we could receive any sort of service from them, after apologizing that we did not have an appointment. No comments, remarks, or recommendations came from their staff. They just stayed silent and glued their eyes onto a computer screen.
