Started coming here when I was pregnant and during covid. Very clean and everyone was so nice after having the baby I continued to come and have now brought my friends and daughter. We come every two weeks and look forward to our visit. Everyone is extremely nice and always help us with whatever we need. They also do an amazing job with stiletto nails which is hard to come by! read more

Won't be going back again I took my mom there for us to get pedicures together her pedicure was going good the woman who was doing my pedicure had no idea what she was doing when I asked for the callus remover she didn't know what I was talking about and then went to use an old dirty kitchen sponge to start scrubbing my feet ... then her and the other worker kept going back and forth at each other it was very awkward and the owner had someone else come over and finish my pedicure she rushed and was very rough and with all this going on not one person said sorry about anything and we're not friendly about it at all... read more

Used to be great.....came here the first time in about a year...no more. Polish choices stink and many of the polishes seem old. Nail tech was awful, curt and rough. Water in the foot bath scorched me, I guess she never checked the temperature. She pushed my cuticles with the tool you use to remove acne from your face..you know that hoop thing...a nail place should have tge proper tools. I couldn't trust her to cut my cuticles without cutting me she was so aggressive. Sorry, will never return. Basic pedicure was rushed and there were only 2 other patrons in the whole place. Dont like the color I had to settle for but oh well, settling was my choice as I was out of time to go elsewhere. I recommend passing this place by. read more

I've been coming here for nearly 2 years and have always left leaving happy. Best nail salon around. Very clean place and the tools they use are clean. They're always washing their hands between customers. Coco is a great nail artist, Every design I've wanted she's done perfectly. She also does my eyebrows good too. Amy is great at pedicures and gives an awesome massage and is always so polite. Jack the manager is very polite, sociable and accommodating, he never fails to make me laugh when I go there. . It does get busy a lot because they're so good so I'd suggest calling before. But, even a girl like me who is always busy with work, family and school is able to walk in at anytime and get pampered. I have been coming here for 2 years & liked the way my nails were done, however lately the gel starts to chip within a week. Polish seems old. My biggest issue is that the owners r not very nice. I tip well, don't make anything an issue & yet Jack still doesn't know my name nor is he nice on a consistent basis. I'm starting to feel that this salon doesn't give me a warm welcoming feeling. Had nail polish on the skin all around my nail. I showed them and they told me I just needed to clean it up because Of my nail shape. If I am paying to get my nails done I shouldnt have to go home and clean them up. read more

This is a terrible nail salon. My daughter and her friend each had a full set of acrylics done on Saturday, February 6 2016. The nails chipped for both girls by that same evening. My daughter told the people there that she didn't want a design and they gave her one anyway and would not remove it after she said she didn't like it. I took her back there 3 days later to complain and Jack who works there said that because it was regular polish on acrylics I should expect it to chip within one day. He did not offer to fix or repolish her nails. Also, when the girls who are young teenagers were there alone Jack who is the manager was asking them to add him on snapchat. I've been here a handful of times because yes, their prices are low but I will never be going back. I am a 20-year-old girl small and petite which right off the bat screams "take advantage of me" because I don't look like I'd stand my ground. I got the gel powder and the wife of the owner (Jack), did my nails and I complained halfway through they were looking a little thick and not filed nicely, she seemed bothered and did the bare minimum to fix it. She finishes, I'm hoping the more I can see them from my perspective they'd look better, no. I went up to Jack and said these do not look nice they're very thick and bubbly. He responded "It'll look better once you wash your hands", I said no that's not what would fix it, he said gel powder is supposed to be thick, I said yes... but this looks like I have olives at the ends of my fingers. I hate this place, it's gotten worse and worse as time goes on. They take on too many costumers at once and then rush on the person they are currently treating to. Splurge the extra couple bucks somewhere else, I bet you'll get your money's worth. read more

Been going here since March 2018 til the incident yesterday. I was treating my mother in law for Mother's day and the guy Jack ruined it by shouting at us and humiliating us in front of other customers trying to tell us to do gel polish instead of powder because they need to catch the train because they don't live in Long Island. Beforehand we asked them if they can still do us and he said yes but we were rushed and disrespected. I hope my nails would not hurt much because it was rushed and not finished. I just couldn't believe they'd do that in front of the kids who were in there. Me, my friends and my mother in law are not coming back there. Despite of what happened I still paid them and gave 50% tip that they gladly accepted. We are paying customers and we don't deserve to be humiliated like that by just some random person who came from who knows where. We didn't say anything nor talk back because we know we didn't do anything wrong and we are not the same person as him. Just a heads up to their new customers.
