Perhaps the option was there, but it was so obscure I couldn't find it quickly. If it's a paper signature slip, it's still considered uncouth today to hover over the customer while they write the tip in. What are we doing here? It is literally a conveyor belt sushi, yet tips starting at 18% is clearly still expected. This practice tarnished the experience for me.
