Sam....To answer your question, I have a 2006 Honda Pilot. I talked to Tanner about replacing the Kenwood system and he said Sorena was too busy and he would have to talk to you and call me back about brining the car in. I never got a call that day or the following day. I called him back and he said that the shop didn't want to do the work. I was not impressed at all but was not going to fight him on it since there are many shops in the area. Took it to West Coast and they did a great job. read more

Simple & clean. So fresh & so clean! First things first: why go to an auto shop to install a dashcam for you when you could do it yourself? Answer: If you care about having the wires hidden and being able to hardwire (specifically: not having to hook up to your cigarette lighter), taking your car to a shop like this will get it done. Which is not to say that you couldn't have done all of this yourself... just as long as you're safe and know what you're doing. The owner was upfront about pricing and answered all of my questions. He answered my questions and helped me to decide which type of dash cam based on my needs. My installation appointment started on time and they have a nice waiting area for customers. Tanner spent some time with me to install the app on my phone and show me how it works. I did have some issues with the app, so I came back the following week and he helped me work through the issue. I then had ceramic tint applied to my windows, including a clear on the windshield that required the dash cam mount to be removed. Again, they were very helpful and reinstalled the mount for me. After speaking to Sam, he recommended adding a nice subwoofer and amp that would improve the system by 30-40%. I also had Sam quote me for a Black Vue 2 channel camera.
