We feel so fortunate to have this new, cute little spot within walking distance of our house! Decor is beautiful and breakfast is awesome. The menu features some unique twists on typical breakfast items using fresh farm to table ingredients. Like other reviewers, I am a huge fan of the breakfast potatoes. They are really something else! Service is very cheerful and attentive - your coffee mug will not be left empty! This place gets busy on weekends, but it is definitely worth the wait and efficient service keeps the tables moving! Cozy, bright ambiance. The place was packed on Saturday around 10am and stayed that way until I left around noon. I had the Italian Benedict which was delightful and the fingerling potatoes were perfectly cooked- crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. Just had brunch here with my family. Food was delicious. Definitely try the bacon bites if doing breakfast they come with a Maple syrup and nuts are very tasty. Staff was friendly and attentive even though the place was busy. The bourbon bacon pancakes were a hit with our son and another son enjoyed a panini. They did run out off fries for that but the fingerling potatoes they substituted with were enjoyed by all of us. What an amazing place! We were driving through the area and happened upon Sorriso on a busy Saturday morning. So incredibly happy with everything about it! Ambiance is super cozy and clean. Shockingly rude service today!! Go to 54 Main instead where they always appreciate customers and also give back to the local community!! My friend and I were really looking forward to a lunch today at this place. We love that it supports the special needs community. We'd been there a few times before the pandemic struck and enjoyed it very much. I called to confirm they were serving outside an hour ahead of the time we were to meet. They said yes and advised me to call 15 minutes before we'd be arriving to get on the wait list, so our table would be ready shortly after we arrived. I called ahead as instructed. We arrived a few minutes early, checked in and were told there'd be an additional 20-minute wait. No big deal -- the food is worth it. We stood waiting away from the tables another 35 minutes with no staff speaking to us or updating us. We saw and heard large parties who were clearly friends of the hostess/owners get seated without being on the list at all. I caught her eye and she said "You're next" and she then said the list indicated we never checked in (but we were physically checked in by another staff member, a very kind young man) and she just walked off. We continued to be ignored as a couple who just arrived was also immediately seated. Disgusted by the rudeness, we left and later received text messages that our table was now ready. When customers are fully ignored as they wait patiently, you know customer service is not a priority. The management could have apologized for an extra long wait today and offered us complimentary coffee while we were waiting outside on a late fall day (not toasty warm). We walked away, drove up the road to 54 Main in Madison, were seated outdoors immediately and had yet another fabulous and courteously served meal!! 54 Main has a great brunch and lunch -- and extremely kind service. Sorisso Kitchen is RUDE -- with their attitude, it's soon to be the next shuttered small business on Main Street in Chatham and it makes me so sad considering its mission to give back. I love patronizing the shops in our town. This was a horrible, nasty, rude experience today -- on Shop Small Business Saturday and a holiday weekend no less!! read more

Shocked that we actually have a great breakfast sandwich now on Chatham Main Street! I had the Sorriso sandwich and the bread was on point, eggs had just a enough yolk spilling to make it great and the aioli gave it a great finishing flavor. Not a big potatoes guy either, but was again pleasantly surprised by how simple yet perfectly done these were, just a hint of Cajun season. Hats off Sorriso, I'll be back. read more

This is my go to spot for breakfast! I love the friendly staff and host, Mr. Bellas!!!! I have been to Sorriso's many times and every time the food is absolutely amazing!!!! Breakfast and lunch you can't go wrong. To add to the amazing food, the restaurant is closed to patrons on Monday's so students from ECLC (a private special needs school right down the road) can go and work/train in the restaurant. I was visiting a friend and she took me to Sorriso for lunch. The Eat Happy omelette was delicious and you could tell everything was fresh! Especially enjoyed the crunchy potatoes served on the side. Great breakfast choice in Chatham! If you're a bacon lover you'll love the perfect bacon! The coffee was delicious too. My husband was a bit disappointed that his pancakes came with no butter and he wished he had an extra serving of (pure maple!) syrup- but he didn't bother to ask for them. Have not been here since the lockdown, but have visited many times before, always breakfast except one lunch. If you want fresh from the farm tasting eggs, this is the place to go. Best scrambled eggs around. I got the farmers platter - all of it was delicious. Good bacon which isn't always easy to get. The breakfast potatoes put any diner potatoes to shame. These are crisp and have a lot of flavor. They never brought me ketchup but they really didn't need any. The lemon ricotta pancakes are great - different! My friend got the croissant sandwich which was good but messy and you really can't cut a croissant sandwich in half that well. I had the corned beef hash skillet once and it comes with a lot of the breakfast potatoes. Really good corned beef but it's a lot of food. For my one lunch I had the giardino panini. Lots of veggies! I have always wanted to get the plain waffle with the house made sausage, but never once in all the times I was there did they have the sausage. That's why four stars.
