The latter is good for those looking to grow in the understanding of their practice without the commitment to a full six months, or with no inkling to teach. She also had a really fun playlist - better than other barre3 classes I've done before for sure. The studio itself is really pretty and bright with a good amount of merchandise for sale. The class itself was more crowded than what I'm accustomed to in New York and I found myself bumping into my neighbor a couple times which was uncomfortable. Imo they would really benefit from reducing the class sizes by 5-10%. I was also a little frustrated by the conflicting info on their website which said in two different places that all equipment was provided, and then separately that you were responsible for bringing your own mats and props. As it turns out, equipment IS provided, but that should really be updated for clarity's sake. All in all, a good and fun workout and I'll be back, but some frustrations with the studio as a whole.

The studio is so beautiful and bright, each staff member is incredibly friendly, and the place has such a great energy overall. I have tried other studios, but nothing even comes close to this. I drive an hour and a half round trip just to take classes here. The intensity of classes and supportive community is worth it.
