I was down bad and feeling a bit desperate for a Vietnamese coffee and some breakfast, so I figured I'd give it a try. I got a Vietnamese coffee (cà phê sữa đá), a large pork bánh mì, and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin (sounded kinda good). I hate to say this, but I think this was the worst Vietnamese coffee I've ever had. I didn't think it tasted like Vietnamese coffee at all. The flavor was just not there. Also I'm not sure if it was drip or espresso, but it kinda tasted burnt. Next was the sandwich. I was pretty disappointed with it. Pickled veggies weren't bad. The other veggies were okay. But the meat was just not right. It just didn't taste right. The flavors were off and the meat was kinda dry. The whole sandwich was pretty dry. It didn't come with mayo, but it was definitely needed. The sandwich was better after I added some Kewpie mayo at home, but that meat still wasn't right. The muffin was honestly the best thing I had. It wasn't bad, but it can definitely be improved. It could've used more pumpkin flavor. I enjoyed the bites with cream cheese. It was a good combination overall. I can't say much for service because I used DoorDash, but it seemed pretty quick. Although I can't imagine there being that many people there at 6am. As much as I want to support a local business, I probably won't be coming back.

We finally got the opportunity on Sunday morning as we wanted some caffeine and some treats for our fur babies. The menu is concise and simple which is great as often times, too many options can be very overwhelming and hard to read. They have coffee, non-coffee drinks, energy drinks and even bubble tea! Additionally, for food they have banh mis, breakfast sandwiches, Blazing bagels, and other pastries. The barista here was very friendly and professional, she made sure to check that she got our order right and made sure to give our fur babies some treats. I love that they have special treats rather than Milkbones as our fur babies devoured them quickly! Even our picky girl who isn't keen on new treats but she loved it so much! Our drinks were made to perfection too, not too sweet and with four shots definitely helped us stay awake. They also have a reward system where if you order 7 times, you get one free which I think is great as other places make it purchase 9, 10, or even more. We look forward to making them a stop for whenever we are in Lakewood.

They are a drive thru spots and I appreciate that they have a menu ahead of the windows as I always feel bad being indecisive and having employees wait. My boyfriend got their Ube Bae while I got their iced Hapa Haole. The employees greeted us and immediately gave us dogs treats which they really appreciated and enjoyed too quick. They were patient with us when ordering as switched up the order and added a banana bread last minute but the order was exactly what we ordered and everything tasted great! I was sad the banana bread was not fresh made but it tasted amazing cause it is a chocolate swirl banana bread, which I never heard of or had. The Ube Bae is absolutely one of the best ube drinks my boyfriend (who is Filipino) and I ever had so definitely order that if you like ube. The white chocolate powder wasn't even mixed in and was caked at the bottom of the cup. I tried to stir it in with my straw but that was sooooo freaking flimsy that it was bending every way possible so I couldn't actually stir anything. I then used my straw to try to scrape it from the bottom and sift my cup but then I just sipped up chunks of crunchy sugar powder. Overall, maybe if I'm really in a pinch, I'll go back but I'd rather spend the extra dollar and drive the extra 5 mins to go to gravity coffee or four petals.
