I miss what this place was 7-10 years ago. The best teachers left and the studio is not as well maintained. The room was so warm the last 2 classes I didn't feel well afterwards. I should've left in the middle of class. It's also disappointing to see how poorly the employees are treated. SoulCycle Greenwich is LIFE! If you've never checked out this studio rest assured that you're gonna LOVE IT. The desk staff are the kindest, sweetest, cheeriest people around. They are there to help you and they don't mind doing so at all so go ahead and ask away! The locker space is phenomenal. You won't be bumping into people or knocking into anyone. There's plenty of space for everyone. The room itself is large, but everyone is tightly packed in. Don't let that intimidate you- once you start riding you'll forget all about it and you'll feel like you're truly riding with your tribe. As far as instructors go, do yourself and go to L! A little crazy, I did a class with Conor post a redeye from the West Coast (hoping the pump would me power through the day). This is the nicest studio I have been to, and actually great if you need to take a shower and head to a meeting. I was told its one of the biggest studios, and its definitely 2-3x the size of the Palo Alto one. Conor's classes are mostly sold out, and I see why, he was awesome. Everyone was super friendly and helped me deal with my luggage etc. Wont be a regular spot for me, but I would make it a point to do another class here if passing through. read more

Everyone from the staff to the trainers was so bubbly, upbeat and friendly! Also, they were very accommodating too. I felt COVID safe, as they required everyone to wear a mask the entire time and provide proof of vaccination. read more

Friendly staff, great location, beautiful studio, amazing instructors and killer workouts! SoulCycle isn't just a spinning class and it's difficult to grasp the entire experience without taking a few classes with different instructors each with their own personalities, styles and tastes in music. SoulCycle offers a free class for first time riders. If you want a challenge, ride with Conor or Roxie, but don't sit in the front row -- these are for strong seasoned riders who not only can keep up with the instructor but can also lead the riders who sit behind them. Imagine trying to follow the rhythm of the class seated behind someone who's entirely off pace and rhythm. It would drive me bananas! read more

The Greenwich soulcycle studio is by far my favorite studio and I've been to about 5 studios in Manhattan, 2 on Long Island, and the one in NJ. Let me first start off with the black lights in the studio I'm not sure why but this makes the studio so much cooler ! It also lets me know that the bikes are clean. Then there is Elle. My favorite soulcycle instructor off all time. Let me tell you... She is a badass she Motivates you in so many ways. Number one being she could literally kick anyone's ass including John Cena if they didn't listen to her. She is also extremely passionate about being an instructor and helping people get fit and lose weight. This is contagious and makes you want to work hard and continue to come to her classes. She also gets to know you because she cares about her riders. This is awesome bc when you go to class she say hi ! It's also frustrating bc so many people love Elle ALL of her classes are wait listed. I would also like to say that besides Elle the other instructors are also very good so still go even if you can't get Elle ! read more

What can you say about Soul Cycle Greenwich?!!!! Well with the staff there it doesn't get any better than that. . I called in this morning and had an issue and (I think it was Melissa who answered) and they took care of it right away. They are consistently amazing, friendly, courteous, thoughtful, respectful, energetic, organized, happy, positive and generally good natured EVERY time I go in for a class, no matter how early or how late, they welcome you with a smile and enthusiasm. They take to the time to get to know you and work with you as an individual. The instructors are amazing and in particular L. Her music is great, she really knows how to ride the bike like no one I've seen (well besides Joy;) and best of all she knows how to motivate! When I saw the price of these classes when I lived in the city I couldn't fathom spending that on a single class or package of classes but my curiosity got the best of me when a new location opened up in Greenwich, closer to my current home. The space is immaculate and clean, even on a busy weekend morning. Employees are super friendly and helpful and showed my friend and I around, set us up on our bikes etc Class started promptly and our instructor, Abby, was awesome. She asked if anyone was new to Soul and when my friend and I raised our hands she came over and chatted for minute and told us her teaching style, what to expect, etc. She had great energy and a playlist that kept everyone pumped. With the lights down low and music blaring for a minute I wondered if I was in a gym or a club Not a bad thing if you ask me! The ab choreography was a unique twist and fairly easy to pick up, even for an uncoordinated person like me. Then we got to the light arm work which was also a nice addition to your typical cycling class. I have taken a ton of cycling classes in my time, in places from local YMCA's to fancier gyms like Equinox, Exhale, and Sports Club LA. SoulCycle is right up there, if not ahead with the latter! I am contemplating buying a 5-10 class pass so you can see they've won me over. read more

Price is the first thing every Jewish yenta is going to complain about. But the perky assets (aka results) are worth it. Yes there is boring working out, but soulcycle is different. Try a class to find out. In terms of perks, they have very clean facilities, and wonderfully helpful and kind staff. They also have towel service, showers, and ear buds incase the sexy top 40 music is too loud. A note on the lighting, for being just candles: it's quite bright but still serene and calming. Your eyes don't do that "holy crap it's lights, turn them off," when you walk out of the studio. They have really perfected there method. Note: if you forget quarters, they have quarters in exchange for dollar bills-- dollar, dollar bills y'all. If you're the type of person who plans a super cute outfit the night before, full of soulcycle swag and lululemon, just remember to put on deodorant before leaving the house. this room gets hot and steamy. Okay, so I've been going to SoulCycle for almost two months and all I have to say is OMG! It's important to speed date the different instructors until you find the one you like. I've tried about 4 different instructors and thus far Taye #TayeTime has been my favorite. She works entire body and trust me, you'll feel it IMMEDIATELY! She places a lot of focus on the core which I appreciate and desperately need (I wish I could just blame it on pregnancy, but I can't). I love Abby and Amanda K. I really love Soul Cycle. I started in March in Santa Monica CA. I went to classes every day for a month and my dad was really proud of me and told me I looked healthier. He passed away unexpectedly and I dealt with it in part by continuing to go no matter how I felt. I wanted him to be proud. It helped get me through it. I am so grateful. Now back in CT I go almost every day. People criticize it is only for the rich and too expensive but for me it makes me feel so amazing and I quit drinking at happy hours and dropping money on things that are truly wasteful and instead I spend it on Soul Cycle because it makes me feel amazing. Nothing makes you feel better than Soul Cycle. Amanda and Abby's classes play music and have a style I love but all the teachers at Soul are amazing and you can just find the person who speaks to you best. Worth every single penny!!! I'm a more seasoned SoulCycle'er now and have made it to a total of 7 studios - four in NYC, all three in Westchester, two in Boston, and this one in Greenwich. Greenwich's location is probably in the top three of those. Pro's: BIG space. Which means big energy when it's full. This is a much larger studio than those closest to it in Westchester (Rye Brook, Scarsdale) and the room to get ready is large as well. The lighting - specifically the black light - is a little weird - mostly because it shows all the normally invisible lint on my workout clothes! - but I like it. Desk staff. Nice and efficient. Elle. She is BY FAR the best SoulCycle instructor out there. I drive 20min to this studio for a 7:15am class on Saturday just to take her class. It is TOUGH but so fun. Some people love Conor but honestly, I feel a bit of a judge-y vibe in Conor's class which doesn't really do it for me. Con's: Parking sucks. Leave yourself time and bring lots of quarters. Unless you join me on Saturday mornings at 7:15am and then you're fine. Crowd can kinda suck. I live in Westchester and you get the typical portion of your crowd that shows us up with the same self-entitlement and attitude here. Bottom line is that I'll continue to come to any class here lead by Elle. Give her a shot, you won't be disappointed. read more

One week into trying SoulCycle and I am hooked! So far I have tried Yavuz and Elle at this location. I am trying two more this week! This is truly my first time doing spin classes. I find the classes energetic, fun, and the time passes really quickly. I also leave dripping in sweat. The classes are very pricey, especially if doing a few times per week. So far I already feel great with the classes I have done and definitely will be continuing on a regular basis. The Greenwich location has good showers for those that need this, especially if going to work after. There's at least 4-5 showers and separate women's and men's areas for the showers. Classes contain several men. There are some theme classes like all Britney Spears music or all Coldplay music. Love that! read more

Just went to soul cycle for the first time and had the best experience. Everyone was beyond helpful and friendly and it was such a fun environment. We took a class with Conor and he was great, really helpful but not overbearing or judge-y at all. I have nothing negative to say about this place and we will definitely be back! read more

Love Soul. Nina plays great music and her classes are challenging but not to the point that you feel inadequate because you cannot keep up... Chanelle is great too, gives you a GOOD work out, and so nice! Monique is in sick shape and I strive to keep up in her classes. People love Conor's classes, he plays great music but I actually try to avoid them because the Greenwich Moms that go are too intense for me. He also tends to try and give life lessons during class which is a little weird coming from someone 15 -30 years younger than most of his riders. I would give Soul Cycle Greenwich, 19th Street, San Francisco five stars, but it's too annoying to book their classes online. The classes open at noon on Mondays and Soul Cycle just isn't a technological savvy company. The technology exists to be able to handle high volume traffic online and Soul Cycle ( or Equinox) needs to invest in order to make the total experience user friendly. read more
