Terrible Experience at Sounds Good Mobile in Flagstaff, AZ…read more I had high expectations for Sounds Good Mobile in Flagstaff, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a disaster. I set up an appointment to address the issue where three out of my four speakers weren't working. I thought the problem was either a burned-out head unit, a blown fuse, or possibly some cheap speakers. I wasn't sure, but I trusted the experts at Sounds Good to get it figured out. I met Tim, who immediately diagnosed the issue as a faulty head unit and suggested I buy a $1300 Sony unit. Now, I'm not an audio expert--just like when I go to a doctor or a mechanic, I rely on their expertise. Sounds Good brags about working on high-end cars like Mercedes, Rolls Royce, Porsche and Pantera, so I figured I was in good hands. Their reputation made me feel confident that I would get quality service. So, I paid the $1300 for the new head unit and expected to have the speakers fixed as part of the deal. That was my first mistake: paying without confirming that everything I asked for had been completed. When I got into my truck after the install, the new stereo sounded great--but guess what? The speakers were still dead! How does that happen when you're installing a new head unit? Did anyone even bother to test the speakers? Clearly not. When I asked about the speakers, I was told I would get a "great deal" on them, and that I'd be contacted to schedule the work. Well, here we are--no call, no deal, no speakers. Just a $1300 stereo with half the system still broken. To make matters worse, when I inspected the truck the next day, I noticed that the instrument panel where they installed the head unit was broken in two places. This truck had been in pristine condition--it belonged to my mother and was well taken care of. Now, I'm looking at spending another $1200 to replace the instrument panel that they broke. And let's be real--they're not going to own up to it. I've only lived in Arizona for a year, and I'm proud to be from Oklahoma, where my dad taught me that a man's word is gold. But after dealing with Sounds Good, it's clear they don't live by that standard. They didn't fix the problem they were supposed to, and they caused more damage in the process. I will never go back, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the time and money--look elsewhere for your audio needs. Sounds Good has definitely shown me they don't keep their word or stand behind their work. My guess from reading the other reviews is that if you have thousands and thousands of dollars to spend on a project, they'll treat you a lot better. The owner was on an installation job and came back to the store specifically to take care of me. When he was done, he tweaked my system and gave me some tips about how to isolate my vibration. We visited A.A. as they sell and install an actual Sirius XM kit that hooks in to the existing stereo system. Came with roof top antenna, tuner , power module, and all wiring needed to make a seamless xm system. They explained everything before we bought it. Kit came in early, they had us in two days later, told us about 2-3 hours for install. We decided to wait because we live kind of far away. The Tech came out in about an hour and a half and said everything was ready. Took us out to the car showed us where they hid all the wires, then proceeded to explain how the set up worked. We came home, registered the system with Sirius XM, they transferred our license from the car we just traded in. We punched in all our favorite stations and we now have a very nice working setup. The only thing we see is what shows up on the factory screen. Everyone we dealt with at A. A. was knowledgeable and professional. We would highly recommend them for your cars sound system needs. They have a nice selection of speakers amps and tuners for your cars sound system.

He provided all the mounting hardware (three slim tilt mounts and one full-motion mount for our patio), and the installs turned out perfect--everything is level, centered, and exactly where it should be. What really stood out was the electrical work. He created two new outlets by tying into existing ones, and one of them was especially challenging. He took his time, did it the right way, and kept everything clean with no shortcuts. You can tell Brett takes a lot of pride in his work. The installs look professional, the wiring is clean, and the overall finish exceeded our expectations.
