The spot is great to store your gear, have meetings, rehearse your music, record and produce music during quite hours, and make connections. It gets hot in the summer, but the rooms have AC. I've worked with other freelancers who've charged much more for much more basic results. The best part of this experience was how easy Tom was to work with.
