He had me buy all my own parts at Frye's, and he installed them for me. We did review my procedures to make sure I was doing back-ups properly and often enough., De-fragging and all that stuff. Went to Best Buy to check out new laptop and asked the Sales lady if she has any idea how much to change battery by the Geek Squad. Obviously she has no clue and told me may be $300. Reached out to Sam and he told me to buy a battery on Amazon or eBay, and they will charge labor to change the battery. Dropped off the battery and laptop, battery replacement completed in 30 minutes or so. Save me some money and buy me may be 2-3 years with the laptop. Straight forward, no BS. Good Pricing. He came over today and got our new printer/scanner installed, along with a new router, and got all our devices (computers, phones, TV) connected to them. No problem. He even took away our old devices to be recycled. He was friendly, nice, professional, and extremely helpful. He can also help with virus and spyware removal, transferring data from other devices or drives, or other IT issues. He can do do home visits, or even help you remotely.
