I ordered tendon pho, it was good and well priced. I will say I am used to more morsels of tendon, but I am not saying they were "stingy" with it. The soup had plenty of cilantro, but they could have chopped stems a little smaller, they made it a little stringy. I am glad we have a local pho establishment. Overall I was happy with my meal. The fried rice wasn't even fried, it's was so soggy. It literally just tastes like butter, and the chicken was like eating a dog treat. We went to soup shop since it's new. I was very disappointed. We order veggie pho, fries , cauliflower, and a couple of their teas. The service was not great at all. We had to keep on hunting down out waitresss and every time we asked for something, she gave us attitude as if we were bugging. I didn't think I was asking for much.( extra bowls, forks for the kids and limes for the soup.) The Pho was OK nothing great. The cauliflower was really good. Their tea was really sweet. For the quality of food they provide it's not worth the amount they charge. Unfortunately the worst part is because I have five kids, They charge me 20% gratuity for having a large party which my opinion is very unfair. My kids are little ages 8,6,4,2 and new born, they considered us as a large party. I had to pay $25 extra.. It's iunfortunate that you have places like this taking advantage of people especially now with prices being extremely high. It would be justifiable if we're all adults, but considering these kids are small just doesn't seem fair. That explains why we got bad service, they knew they were getting tipped either way. In order to get napkins and utensils there is a little compartment under the table, for first time customers, this can be hard to notice or even know. I was waiting around trying to ask for napkins but the servers were barely in sight. When I finally asked they said it's "here right under the table" , how am I suppose to know if this is my first time? It would be nice when ur seated if the servers can advice us or just let us know firsthand. Tried out Soup Shop and was hoping it was going to be good considering it is close to my house. I went in for dinner and was greeted by friendly staff. We were seated right away and ordered the Rib Eye Pho, a Bao bun and a cucumber lemonade. The Bao bun came first and it was very flavorful and a good size to share. The pho came out next and it was a good size portion. I ordered mine with a side of meatballs and they brought it out in its own bowl with broth. I always taste my pho before adding anything and I was blown away with the flavor. It was so well balanced and all I added was some spice and basil. They served a good amount of meat with it and it was delicious I almost finished the entire bowl. The staff was very attentive and friendly and the restaurant itself is cozy, clean and comfortable. I am so happy to have a pho place that is so good close to my home and wont have to drive too far. Cant wait to go back. read more

The broth is fantastic without adding Sriracha or hoisin sauce, and the ribeye meat, a bald mouth old man, can crew with no problems it so tender. Nice rainy day to try this soup shop. This place is small but we were seated quickly. Hubby and I ordered Pho. I ordered the rib and he ordered the combination. It was perfect. Broth was delicious with plenty of noodles. It had two rib bones with fall off the bone meat. Bowls are really large. Service was friendly and place is nice and clean.
