Ok I consider myself a ramen connoisseur of the Rancho area. I have tried almost all ramen spots in and around RC/Upland. Unfortunately, this is my least favorite :( every time I am at HCM, there is never anyone there ordering food, but I still wanted to give it a chance. So I ordered to go and when I poured it all into my bowl it looked good but here is what I can tell you: Broth: 3/5 Noodles: 1/5 Toppings: 4/5 (good portions) Meat: 0.5/5 Spice: 5/5 I chose Chasu and it was by far the worst Chasu I have had. The bowl then had shredded beef added to it. I would get this again. The sushi roll I got was your average roll. Unforgettable really. I've been wanting to try Bushi by Jinya at Haven City Market for a while, so I finally came here with friends after church on Sunday. Upon arriving, I asked the staff for their most popular ramen, and they recommended the Yuzu Shio Ramen. I paid using Apple Pay and received a pager for my order. While exploring the market, I waited about 15 minutes before my pager went off. If you check in with the Yelp app, you get a free Nikuman pork bun or a soft drink--I opted for the pork bun, which was a nice bonus. The ramen came with two pieces of tender charsiu, just as the picture suggests, along with a seasoned soft-boiled egg. The ramen itself was pretty good, with decent flavors and satisfying noodles. The egg was runny, but a bit too soft for my preference. The staff was nice, providing extra napkins and packing my ramen in a convenient paper bag. I tried the hand rolls. It came out relatively fast. Everyone's super nice. It's nothing too crazy, it's packaged well for taking it home so the seaweed doesn't get soggy. I'd get it again. Being a fan of the original Jinya, I was excited to check it out... but less excited when I ate it. I got the Bushi Soul Black and it did NOT come with an egg so I added the seasoned egg. They did not give me an itemized receipt but this came out to be more $20 for a lackluster lunch. The big killer for me is that the broth was funny but somehow bland. Did someone forget to salt? It definitely did not live up to the Jinya name. The egg was overcooked and did not taste seasoned at all. The bowl didn't have corn either, which is one of my ramen must haves. I loved the spicy chicken ramen so much I ordered the same thing again but substituted the noodles for Kale noodles at an extra $2. It was good again but I didn't receive the fresh garlic I ordered like last time which I was a little sad about because I'm sick and would have loved the fresh garlic. Since my youngest daughter was not with us at Haven City Market at the time, I wanted to order something to-go for her. Last time, bushi by JINYA made an impression on us with their scrumptious chicken karaage. So I decided to come here for some more of their humongous and delicious chicken karaage. This time around I went with the 6 and 3 pieces of chicken karaage plus a pork chasu rice. It's not cheaper to get more chicken karaage so just get the size that you want. Chicken karaage is still big in size and still so delicious... tender chicken on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. Pork chasu rice was good per my youngest daughter as she was the one who ate it. Staff was really nice. The lady behind the counter said bushi is a subsidiary of JINYA. I know there is a JINYA Ramen in Eastvale. They are related. Store front is creative. They have a wall art for photo op. Prices are okay for the portions provided. We'll definitely be back for more goodness... we'll have to try their ramen from here next time. One ramen at a time! LOL read more

I also saw the prepared food already sitting out on the counter while the staff waits to complete the order because they were cooking the kaarage which doesn't seem food safe to me because it took 30 mins to get my food in total. I had seen that they opened a location inside the Haven City Market. I chose to get the Special combo ($27.08) which comes with one ramen, handroll, and 3 piece karaage. I chose to try their popular Bushi black ramen which is piled with sliced green onions, black garlic oil, chopped garlic, sliced woodear mushroom, and two pieces of chashu. It came with thin noodles and a nicely seasoned broth, not too salty and was flavored nicely. I tried their spicy tuna handroll that came with instructions on how to open the plastic wrapper so the seaweed sheet was still crispy. The tuna had a good amount of heat to it. The spicy chicken karaage was crispy and not too spicy, the sauce I chose was the truffle mayo which was a bit too overpowering with the truffle flavor but it was good, next time I would try their ponzu sauce. The staff is nice, they have a beeper for you to pick up your order. The space can get limited since it shares space with other restaurants. read more
