    Birria Ramen
    Patrick T.

If you're a fan of ramen, may I suggest the Birria Ramen. This was my first time trying this place out. There are a ton of food options so everyone can get whatever their hearts desire. I ordered the combo which you get a choice ramen, a sushi roll, and an appetizer. We chose the birria ramen which was so flavorful. The broth was a cross between a ramen and pho. The bowl then had shredded beef added to it. I would get this again. The sushi roll I got was your average roll. Unforgettable really. Then we got a side of edamame, it was a little high but I think it was still worth it. I will be back for the birria ramen.

They have an excellent $25 deal which gets you a ramen, chicken karaage and a roll. I loved my tonkotsu ramen and chicken. The hand roll could've stood to have less rice. But it's okay - the value is undeniable. Service is fast and friendly and the food is freshly made. Can't go wrong with this authentic ramen place. You will love it!

I've been wanting to try Bushi by Jinya at Haven City Market for a while, so I finally came here with friends after church on Sunday. Upon arriving, I asked the staff for their most popular ramen, and they recommended the Yuzu Shio Ramen. I paid using Apple Pay and received a pager for my order. While exploring the market, I waited about 15 minutes before my pager went off. If you check in with the Yelp app, you get a free Nikuman pork bun or a soft drink--I opted for the pork bun, which was a nice bonus. The ramen came with two pieces of tender charsiu, just as the picture suggests, along with a seasoned soft-boiled egg. The ramen itself was pretty good, with decent flavors and satisfying noodles. The egg was runny, but a bit too soft for my preference. The staff was nice, providing extra napkins and packing my ramen in a convenient paper bag. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'm excited to try other items on the menu. As always, Haven City Market has a great ambiance, is usually clean, and offers plenty of seating options. My Personal Rating : 4.34 Ramen 4.2/5 Service 4.5/5 Price 4.4/5 Ambiance 4.3/5 Cleanliness 4.3/5

Quick and friendly service. Ramen was delicious loved the perfect egg that comes with it.

Bushi by Jinya is located in the Haven City food hall. I was in the area for Jury Duty and decided to check this food hall out for my lunch break since it was so close by. Being a fan of the original Jinya, I was excited to check it out... but less excited when I ate it. I got the Bushi Soul Black and it did NOT come with an egg so I added the seasoned egg. They did not give me an itemized receipt but this came out to be more $20 for a lackluster lunch. The big killer for me is that the broth was funny but somehow bland. Did someone forget to salt? It definitely did not live up to the Jinya name. The egg was overcooked and did not taste seasoned at all. The bowl didn't have corn either, which is one of my ramen must haves. Just an overall sad sad bowl of ramen. Not recommended.

    Spicy chicken ramen

I loved the spicy chicken ramen so much I ordered the same thing again but substituted the noodles for Kale noodles at an extra $2. It was good again but I didn't receive the fresh garlic I ordered like last time which I was a little sad about because I'm sick and would have loved the fresh garlic. Anyways, hopefully next time I'll receive it. I will still most likely be back in the future but not too soon because it's kinda pricey at $20 for one person and maybe just a special sometimes treat.

Since my youngest daughter was not with us at Haven City Market at the time, I wanted to order something to-go for her. Last time, bushi by JINYA made an impression on us with their scrumptious chicken karaage. So I decided to come here for some more of their humongous and delicious chicken karaage. This time around I went with the 6 and 3 pieces of chicken karaage plus a pork chasu rice. It's not cheaper to get more chicken karaage so just get the size that you want. Chicken karaage is still big in size and still so delicious... tender chicken on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. Pork chasu rice was good per my youngest daughter as she was the one who ate it. Staff was really nice. The lady behind the counter said bushi is a subsidiary of JINYA. I know there is a JINYA Ramen in Eastvale. They are related. Store front is creative. They have a wall art for photo op. Prices are okay for the portions provided. We'll definitely be back for more goodness... we'll have to try their ramen from here next time. One ramen at a time! LOL

Wasn't to bad for the fast version of ramen. I pretty much enjoyed it. Yeah there are better but for the price and fast service it was not to shabby!

Flavor packed ramen. Delicious broth and just the right amount of spice (at least for my taste buds). Priced just right to the portion size. Love the open air environment, although it was a bit hot on the day I went in. It was 100 outside so the AC was a challenge. Service was quick, no line and helped with the ordering process. Would happily return.

Pork Chashu Bun - (4/5) flavorful! I was in the mood for something not too heavy but still satisfying, and these Pork Chashu Buns hit the spot. The establishment is situated within a food market or food mall and utilizes buzzers to alert you when your order is ready. It does tend to get quite busy at this place but worth coming!

9/20/24 at 7:56pm-ish: I ordered ramen, karaage, and spicy tuna hand roll 8:29pm-ish: finally got my food but the ramen was lukewarm and the handroll was room temp in my opinion 9/21/24 at 3:50am-ish: I threw up and had diarrhea at the same time indicating food poisoning 9/21/24 at 7:30am: continued to exhibit symptoms of food poisoning How do I know it was most likely than not that I got food poisoning from bushi? I didn't eat lunch on 9/20 and bushi was the only meal I had for dinner. I also saw the prepared food already sitting out on the counter while the staff waits to complete the order because they were cooking the kaarage which doesn't seem food safe to me because it took 30 mins to get my food in total. Regardless, this was my experience so maybe yours will be different. In my opinion, the food was mediocre and wasn't worth getting food poisoning.

Ramen Perfection Achieved in Rancho Cucamonga! A New Ramen Gem in Haven City! Nestled within the bustling food court of Haven City, I stumbled upon a new gem--a ramen stall that exceeded my expectations and delivered a satisfying bowl of goodness. Despite the humble surroundings, this little eatery managed to capture the essence of authentic ramen, making it a worthwhile stop amidst the food court chaos. The atmosphere at the ramen stall was casual and energetic, with the tantalizing aromas of simmering broth and sizzling toppings wafting through the air. The seating area, albeit basic, provided a comfortable space to enjoy the meal amidst the buzz of the food court. The menu offered a decent variety of ramen options, and after careful consideration, I decided to go for their Bushi Ramen Black. The bowl arrived promptly, filled with a steaming broth that held promise. The broth had a good depth of flavor, though it could have benefited from a touch more richness. The noodles, while not made in-house, were cooked just right--springy, deliciously thin and satisfying to the bite. The toppings on the ramen were a mix of hits and misses. The slices of chashu were tender and flavorful, adding a delightful meaty element to each spoonful. The other accoutrements, such as the mushrooms and nori, provided a nice touch. The pork belly rice bowl I recently had was a delightful culinary experience. The dish consisted of tender slices of succulent pork belly served on a bed of fluffy rice, accompanied by an array of flavorful toppings. The chicken karage had a beautiful golden-brown color, indicating its excellent frying technique. The batter was light and crispy, providing a satisfying crunch with every bite. The seasoning was spot-on, with a balance of saltiness and subtle hints of spices, enhancing the overall flavor profile. Served with delicious truffle mayo! Service at the ramen stall was decent, with the staff working diligently to serve the steady stream of customers. While not overly attentive, they managed to maintain a pleasant and helpful demeanor despite the busy setting. They DO NOT make their hand rolls in-house and they have the most annoying system to attach the seaweed with the fish and rice to put together your own hand roll but at least the salmon avocado hand roll was delicious. (Just with a broken seaweed) In terms of value, the prices at the ramen stall were reasonable, considering its location within a food court. The portion sizes were good. If you find yourself craving a decent bowl of ramen this place is definitely the spot at Haven City food court.

I had the yuzu shio ramen. Im surprised the egg was really good. The entire thing is like a 3.5/5 for me. The ramen noodles was okay. The soup base was decent. The pork was a thick cut. The downside is its near $20 and its a small bowl. Also the egg did not come with the meal, it was an extra charge. Also, they took like 20-30minutes to make it once ordered.

We've eatin many different types of curry; Singaporean, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc. We have never had that odd taste before with curry. Generally turmeric shouldn't be that way. We're our server know and ask about it (because it may have been spoiled). They didn't give an answer as to why it tasted sour until we asked again. And their answer was "maybe it was t to our liking." It was a strange taste... I don't know if that was their own rendition or used fish sauce or lemon grass or lime but it didn't fit right so we couldn't eat it. I still honestly don't know if the pot of curry was spoiled that we ate. The server (Sarah) did try to correct the issue by offering to replace the meal, and she also offered a small discount. We didn't see much that was suitable for us so we declined the offer. We left the spot and that was the end of that. The place was completely empty. No one was dining in. I've also tried chengdu zajiang and the sour pickled mustard with shredded pork, the stir fried potatoes, and the chicken with chili sauce. All dishes were excellent. They were very filling and delicious. The prices are extremely reasonable because they give you a good amount of food and the quality is great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

WELL MAY WAS THE MONTH!! and i just found my new favorite matcha in LA. LOOK AT IT??? ITS BEAUTIFUL??? ITS GREENER THAN SHREK???? I got it with pistachio milk (the fact that that's an option makes me feel like a pretentious hipster) and GOD i nearly teared up. you get nearly double the amount of ROK, but just as potent. it was to absolutely die for. it was not too crazy sweet, yet not bitter whatsoever. and that CREAM... don't even get me STARTED. thank god i go to ucla bro my veins have become matcha im not even joking...

I was surprised because there was only one couple in the restaurant besides us and they had already received their food. They could have been busy with online orders, but I still felt like it was slow service for being nearly empty inside. They have a self serve sauce bar. It just has soy, soy mixed sauce, chili oil, and black vinegar. I ordered the Wide Hand Pulled Noodles, Green and Onion Pot Stickers, and the Beef Rolls. Wide Hand Pulled noodles were ok. Honestly not much to brag about. I thought the noodles were cooked well but the flavor didn't really stand out to me. I believe it's served with chili oil, a mound of minced garlic and some vegetables. Outside of those ingredients I thought it needed more flavor or substance. The beef rolls were ok to me as well. I liked how crispy the roll was and size. Good portions of sliced beef served with cilantro. It was refreshing but the meat was generally cold with some warmness provided by the roll. But that quickly faded. Would prefer it to be warmer. The highlight was the pot stickers. Beef and onion were good. Really enjoyed the presentation of the dish. The edges of the pot sticker were really thick. Almost chip like. I enjoyed it as much as the dish itself. Would get it again. Overall I thought the food was ok. I'm sure there are better highlight dishes than what I ordered but they weren't selected this go around. Also the prices are a little higher than most dumpling spots so I just expected more.
