The staff is great, super friendly and gave us the run down of the menu! I stopped by this weekend and it packed! Glad to see the thriving business. The salad was fresh and delicious! They have plenty of seating inside with public tables also available outside.

I spent over $60 on food for 2 people and they didn't even have their house spread and told me they ran out after I ordered my food and paid. Too disappointing to be that expensive

    Turkey & Salami

One of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. I ordered the turkey and salami on freshly baked sourdough and had it served hot. The bread was incredible, everything tasted fresh, and the sandwich was simple but done extremely well. I enjoyed it so much that I honestly don't know if I can go back to the usual sandwich chains after this. Definitely coming back! I recommend ordering online ahead of time to avoid the line and have your order ready when you arrive.

I prefer the Rueben over the Brisket but that is because I'm partial to southern brisket that's heavy on the smoked flavor.

Employees were welcoming and helpful describing the options. The indoor seating area is nice, but it was so nice outside that I chose to dine on the patio. I loved it at The Roost, and would definitely return next time I'm in the area.

Food: It was my first visit here and I went with the turkey club. Not only was the construction executed flawlessly, but it was one of the best I have ever had. This is a top #3 ever for me! #1 was in Maui, #2 was at a since shuttered place in Lincolnwood, Illinois (Jacks) putting this one at a solid #3! It was a massive portion and I could only finish 1/2 of it, leaving the other to enjoy for breakfast the next day. Service: Three different folks here checked on me and asked how the food was. Mind you this is not a full service restaurant, but every employee seems focused and truly set on making sure customers are happy. Overall: I wish I lived close by, as this would be a place I see coming back time and time again. All the best to Roost!

All 4 of us ordered the Tri Tip sandwiches. The tri tip was very flavorful! probably the best tri tip I had ever had. TH=here was some good smoke flavor in that meat. Sliced very thin, it was so easy to eat. No fighting the meat. Bread was buttered. BBQ on the side was Sweet Baby Ray's. I found that the BBQ sauce took away from the sammich, so I did very little dipping. If I come again, which I hope I do, I will order that sammich, but prepared in the same manner in which they prepare the roast beef sandwich. We took some chile verde sausages home to try, and those have a strong and memorable chile taste. For people who do not like spicy, beware. For the rest of us it is a satisfying burn. It is a pork sausage. Wife denied the purchase of the blackberry habanero sausage, so I will be left wondering about those. We also grabbed their pesto mayo. We will be trying that this week. I think I would have liked it on my tri tip sammich. I love pesto on anything. Place ain't cheap, but what is?
