Discovered this sandwich spot when I was looking for lunch while out in Scottsdale. As a lover of sourdough, I had to give it a try. I ordered a turkey with salami with the regular fix-ins. Lettuce, tomato, and onion (ordered extra onion since they were red onion) There wasn't much of a wait, so that was great. I forgot to take a pic of my sandwich unwrapped but it was pretty good. The bread was perfectly soft and tasty. The sandwich was a solid 4/5. The staff were quick, friendly, and very nice. They had counter cookies that looked delicious but I opted out of the dessert. The place was also very clean and upbeat. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in the neighborhood. read more

Was excited to try this place for the first time, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. I placed a pickup order and received the wrong sandwich/wrong meats. I tried calling multiple times to get it resolved, but no one answers the phone and the voicemail box is full. I also emailed through the feedback link provided with the online ordering (which says someone will reach out within a few days), but I never heard back. Since I couldn't get in touch with anyone, I'll be filing a dispute with my bank. Not the best first impression... I was excited to try this place! read more

My favorite placed to pick up a deli turkey sandwich. I really like the black pepper turkey with house spread, provolone, lettuce and tomato on the crunchy sourdough bread warmed. They are usually quite busy and not very fast. I order online on the app, but don't expect it to be done before the time given on the app. I came ten minutes early and asked about my order and thats when they started working on it. The sandwiches are served with a dill pickle. I tried the clam chowder once and it was crunchy/gritty from sand and I will never get it again. read more

Tried out a new sandwich spot. I had a 4" turkey with cheddar, the house spread and lettuce. I loved the bread - it was fresh and had a nice crunch to it. I definitely did not like the house spread. I have no idea what's in it but it's very tangy and tart and kind of ruined the sandwich for me. Next time I'd stick to the old standards of mayo or mustard but you never know until you try something. The workers here were very nice and checked on me after I was served. read more

I love sourdough bread so I've been dying to try this place. Came on a Sunday and the three guys working were very upbeat and cheery which is refreshing for a fast casual restaurant nowadays. I got the Italian sandwich which was DELICIOUS! I got everything on it but next time I'd take off the mustard and house spread just to make it more like a normal Italian. My boyfriend got the cholula chicken and said it was amazing and he doesn't even like sourdough bread! He agreed no house spread on his as well. The bread was supper fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside! We thought the cookies looked a bit hard but on our way out I asked if they were hard or soft and then they gave us a free one to try! Let me tell you, that chocolate chip cookie is one of the best I've had. So soft in the inside!!! Really incredible service. Really great food. 10/10 experience will be returning read more

Sandwiches and the Mac and cheese are really good, but the service is truly awful. This is the 2nd time I have come in about an hour before close and the employees here make you feel truly awful for walking in the door. They already have all the tables/chairs up and I swear they just stare at you and growl as if you are ruining their life because they will not be able to leave early. Just a truly bizarre experience and it's happened twice, so will be the last for me. read more

It happens to be a mile from my house so I stopped in and this will become my new regular spot. They have a lot of other sandwich choices as well as salads that sound amazing. I plan to try them all. We love this sandwich shop! Their Chicken Cholulo is excellent, a warm spicy chicken sandwich, with the toasted sour dough bread the star. We have had several other sandwiches, which were all excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant clean and attractive. All sandwiches are made to order, so they are fresh. There are just a handful of tables, so takeout is best. This is so much better than the chain sandwich stops around. read more

Wowzers. Naw, go somewhere else.... Or have Fry's next door make u a quality sandwich for literally HaLF PrIcE. Found this place on Yelp. Think of Jersey Mike's, but with real food and homemade fresh bread!! My 93 y/o mom absutely devoured the turkey sub. I ordered the barbecue brisket sub which had a nice balance of heat and cool with the green chili coleslaw. The Mac and Cheese was hot and gooey. Service was fast and very friendly. The French dip was really good, and their bread is , I will say it was fairly small especially at the price. With Andreolli right next door (and their sandwiches are very good size) it makes it tough...but then again they don't have a French dip and this bread is better. Their clam chowder isn't something I'd order again, again small for the price and more of a potato soup than clam chowder. ‍ Stick to their sandwiches. Ok this place is small and has limited seating, but that is the only negative. I had the French Dip Sandwich and a cup of clam chowder, which was very good. The sourdough bread was soft and flavorful, and the Au Jus dipping sauce was good. The sandwich had a generous portion of meat. The clam chowder soup was very good, but of course not as good as clam chowder from the east coast ( but hey what do you expect, its AZ). Sandwich, soup and fountain drink cost about $22. Place was clean and the staff was friendly. My buddy has the brisket sub which he also said was delicious.
