When I put my deposit down they said "we'll take care of the tag work for you so you dont have to worry about it". They took so long sending the title paperwork to the tag place that my temporary lisence had expired and therefore sent me on a wild goose chase- without a car because it was in the shop- to get a new copy of my drivers license and pick up my tags myself, which was a 45 minute drive- and the tag offic, which should have been open was locked. I waited for an hour and a half for someone to show up. When they say "Don't worry about it, we'll help you out" it really means " we'll take forever and make everything extra difficult for you." If you buy a car from here, make sure you don't need to start driving it for another 2 months.

I think it would be better business to stand by the product you sell than to worry about the business losing money. When we walked in, we met a salesman named Frank. I am a pleasant guy and like to make jokes, so I playfully teased him that they were "0 for 1" since the car wasn't out front. Instead of basic customer service, Frank immediately copped an attitude. He left to check his system, came back, and angrily told me the car was currently on a test drive (even though it was still parked right out front). He then loudly announced in front of the entire showroom and my girlfriend that they had run my credit and I "couldn't even afford the car." Here is the insane part: I never gave them my information to run a credit check. We were buying the car in cash with a certified check and didn't even need financing. Frank had mixed me up with another customer and was publicly humiliating me over someone else's credit score. When I realized his mistake, he offered zero apologies, called me a "cocky kid," and told me to leave. I demanded a manager, Lew, who switched us to a new salesman two cubicles down. While we waited, Frank actually called another salesman over, and they stood there whispering and pointing at us with a smirk on his face. It was so incredibly unwelcoming and childish that we got up and left. The regional director, Brian, called to apologize and set me up at their Williamstown location the next day to look at a black Civic instead. We agreed on a price of $29,382 (after I caught them trying to sneak in a $299 window-etching fee). I told the saleswoman, Nor, that I was driving back to PA to get the cashier's check and handle the insurance switch, and would be back by 4:00 PM. By 2:00 PM, she was texting and calling, trying to pressure me. When I told her not to rush me, she threatened to move the car to another location in Haverford Township just to force my hand. I was completely done with the high-pressure, disrespectful games at Auto Lenders. I took my family's advice and drove straight to Piazza Honda of Springfield. I worked with their sales manager, Frank Crinite, who treated us like absolute gold. The ultimate punchline for Auto Lenders? I walked out of Honda of Springfield with a BRAND NEW 2026 Honda Civic Sport for $30,005. The biggest problem I've had was a coolant problem due to a faulty head gasket that they could not get the part for, so they replaced the entire motor instead. 8,000 miles later and the exact same coolant problem is occurring again with the brand new engine. I made an appointment with Tara and Joe to discuss what options I have moving forward to hopefully get out of the nightmare Taos. Upon arrival, Tara and Joe were not available to meet with me, so I met with Eric instead. Their goal was to sell me a brand new car instead of offering any slight form of empathy for the situation I've been through for the last 2 years with the car they sold me. The entire experience felt slimy, discourteous and disrespectful. The dealership had no intention of making good on a situation that was their fault as the product they sold me (the 2022 Taos), was dis functional from the start. Do better VW!!!
