They agreed to pay for the cheapest way to fix it and then held my car in their lot for 3 weeks before taking it to the transmission shop. When I finally picked it up, nearly 2 months after putting down my deposit- the temporary plate had expired several days before. When I put my deposit down they said "we'll take care of the tag work for you so you dont have to worry about it". They took so long sending the title paperwork to the tag place that my temporary lisence had expired and therefore sent me on a wild goose chase- without a car because it was in the shop- to get a new copy of my drivers license and pick up my tags myself, which was a 45 minute drive- and the tag offic, which should have been open was locked. I waited for an hour and a half for someone to show up. When they say "Don't worry about it, we'll help you out" it really means " we'll take forever and make everything extra difficult for you." If you buy a car from here, make sure you don't need to start driving it for another 2 months.

My 20 yr old daughter bought a car in May, after 1 week the air conditioning went, after 2 the check engine light came on and after 4 it started billowing white smoke. We took it to a mechanic only to find out the motor was replace from a junk yard and has a bad head gasket and the air conditioning unit has a crack. It is now 2 months later after numerous phone calls we finally get a reply to be told there is nothing he can do because he didn't make much on the car and he can't lose money. Meanwhile we STILL don't have tags because he forgot to order them and my 20 yr old daughter is out her life saving with NOTHING to show for it other than a $1700 repair bill on a car that hasn't even been inspected yet. I think it would be better business to stand by the product you sell than to worry about the business losing money. He has insurance to cover his losses, what does a 20 yr old girl have to cover hers?? Save yourself a lot of stress and buy elsewhere.

5-Star Redemption -- From Frustration to First-Class Resolution…read more UPDATED : 2/14/2026 Following my original review regarding the repeat suspension issues, I wanted to provide a fair -- and now very positive -- update after picking up the vehicle. Dylan from Corporate reached out personally to assure me I was a valued customer and that they'd be working behind the scenes to drive a proper resolution. That outreach immediately reset the tone. Shop Manager Ron walked me through the diagnosis in detail, and Service Manager Brandan along with mechanic Joe were hands-on in identifying and correcting the issue after test driving the car with me. I'm thrilled to report the repair now feels absolutely dialed in. Ride and handling are fully restored -- and at 161K miles, the car drives as good, if not better, than when I bought it at 16K. That's no small feat. Kudos to the mechanics for truly knocking this one out of the park. As a courtesy for the difficulties, Auto Lenders absorbed the cost of the additional parts, labor, and required alignment -- a resolution that was both generous and greatly appreciated. I also want to recognize the corporate team for stepping in and putting customer satisfaction into real, meaningful action. As an entity, Auto Lenders proved to be more than the sum of its parts. They didn't just address the problem -- they exceeded my expectations at every turn in making this right. Because of how this was ultimately handled, I'm confident updating this experience to a full 5-star rating. This was a true redemption and a strong example of standing behind both the work and the customer.

overall experience was really good. I would recommend people to check out auto lender when…read morepurchasing a vehicle.

Upon arrival, those three cars were already air-conditioned cooled off and ready for me to test drive the who me through everything was Anthony and I just can't thank him enough for everything that he did to make the purchase easy for me. This is the second time I've purchased a car from Auto Lenders and had great experiences at location was in Princeton.. If you are in need of a car SUV truck, etc. let them know what you're interested in and they will take it from there. The finance department in the Voorhees location is awesome as well.. Thank you, Anthony for making everything easy for me and helping me make a good decision

This was easily…read morethe worst, most unprofessional automotive experience of my life, which ironically pushed me to go have the best experience of my life at a completely different dealership. My girlfriend and I drove to the Voorhees location to look at a silver Honda Civic. We called ahead, and customer care assured us the car would be pulled up and ready. It wasn't. When we walked in, we met a salesman named Frank. I am a pleasant guy and like to make jokes, so I playfully teased him that they were "0 for 1" since the car wasn't out front. Instead of basic customer service, Frank immediately copped an attitude. He left to check his system, came back, and angrily told me the car was currently on a test drive (even though it was still parked right out front). He then loudly announced in front of the entire showroom and my girlfriend that they had run my credit and I "couldn't even afford the car." Here is the insane part: I never gave them my information to run a credit check. We were buying the car in cash with a certified check and didn't even need financing. Frank had mixed me up with another customer and was publicly humiliating me over someone else's credit score. When I realized his mistake, he offered zero apologies, called me a "cocky kid," and told me to leave. I demanded a manager, Lew, who switched us to a new salesman two cubicles down. While we waited, Frank actually called another salesman over, and they stood there whispering and pointing at us with a smirk on his face. It was so incredibly unwelcoming and childish that we got up and left. The regional director, Brian, called to apologize and set me up at their Williamstown location the next day to look at a black Civic instead. We agreed on a price of $29,382 (after I caught them trying to sneak in a $299 window-etching fee). I told the saleswoman, Nor, that I was driving back to PA to get the cashier's check and handle the insurance switch, and would be back by 4:00 PM. By 2:00 PM, she was texting and calling, trying to pressure me. When I told her not to rush me, she threatened to move the car to another location in Haverford Township just to force my hand. I was completely done with the high-pressure, disrespectful games at Auto Lenders. I took my family's advice and drove straight to Piazza Honda of Springfield. I worked with their sales manager, Frank Crinite, who treated us like absolute gold. The ultimate punchline for Auto Lenders? I walked out of Honda of Springfield with a BRAND NEW 2026 Honda Civic Sport for $30,005. I spent barely $630 more to get a brand-new car rather than dealing with the miserable, disrespectful staff at Auto Lenders trying to hustle me for a 3-year-old 2023 model. Avoid Auto Lenders at all costs. Go see Frank Crinite at Honda of Springfield instead.
