Hot Honey Pizza and Caesar Salad
Makenzie D.

South Perry Pizza was one of the last stops on my first trip to Spokane. My boyfriend and I were in need of a filling bite and outdoor seating, and we found exactly what we were looking for here. We split the hot honey pizza and Cesar salad, which were both delicious. The pizza was the perfect combination of savory, with just a hint of sweetness from the honey. We also enjoyed their reasonably priced beer and cider. The outdoor seating area was lively, clean, and the perfect spot to wrap up our Labor Day weekend. Our server was kind and attentive. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Spokane!

They have the best service and food this side of town. They are one of my favorite pizza places in town. It is always clean and has original art on the walls by locals.

Gnocchi

We are in Spokane for my wife's immersion and looking for delicious food and for a late night bite we happened to stumble upon South Perry Pizza and decided to order pick up. Because we ordered pick up, I cannot speak to the overall environment, but even the customer service over the phone was excellent. We ordered the Gnocchi and Prosciutto Pizza and were confirmed a time of 10-15 minutes. Everyone in the restaurant was friendly and the smells of delicious food filled the parking lot. The photos do not do the food justice, everything was absolutely delicious. Gnocchi 10/10 My only complaint about this dish was the portion size. Fortunately I had a meal a bit earlier, so it was still quite filling (as gnocchi usually is). The gnocchi on its own had a fresh, creamy bite to its texture and everything added to it only furthered the deliciousness in its right. The pesto cream, goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes combined both savory and a tang that added a lasting taste to each bite. I let the gnocchi dance in the sauce with each bite and it was delicious. Prosciutto Pie 10/10 With ingredients layered on top of a delicious creamy crust, this pizza packed flavor in every single bite. The olive oil allowed for the stronger flavors to shine and the marinated tomatoes provided a strong delivery for the prosciutto to finish. We had to convince ourselves to pause and not finish the entire pie in one sitting. We cannot wait to stop here again before we head out at the end of the week. With food this delicious even for take out, I can only imagine how good it is when sitting in.

I feel like Spokane food isn't always the most impressive, but this city definitely knows how to make good pizza. It's hard to rank all the good pizza places I've had here, but South Perry is definitely high up on the list. I came here on a weekend with a friend and we were lucky to get patio seating fairly quickly! South Perry Pizza is a cozy restaurant in South Hill, located near a few parks and some residential areas. Something about it being in a neighborhood makes it a really comfy area, and the hospitality of the staff definitely adds to that environment as well! My friend and I shared two pizzas - the Hot Honey and the Rosa. Both were absolutely delicious, and incredibly well-priced! They were kind enough to accommodate to my friend's appetite, and made the hot honey half pepperoni and half vegetarian. The jalapeño honey was delicious, and added a sweet component that paired well with the goat cheese and pepperoni. The Rosa was delicious as well, I never thought pistachios on pizza would go well but I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing texture it added to the pizza. The pizzas were large too - we both left with leftovers for the next day. I'll definitely be coming back to South Perry Pizza - I'm looking forward to trying their other pizzas as well!

peach prosciutto lunch pizza

Hands down my favorite pizza in Spokane, and honestly, possibly my favorite pizza ANYWHERE. I love that they have some traditional flavors but also some pies with a unique twist that makes them stand out from others. Today, I enjoyed their seasonal peach prosciutto. Lunch pie was the perfect size for me & I still couldn't finish. Happy to know this is a place I can always count on to make my tummy happy!

Hawaiian Gluten Free cardboard, zero sauce and do you see cheese? Worst pizza ever. Would not recommend or waste a Penny.

What happened? Worst Gluten Free Pizza Ever. Tonight we ordered a bleu salad, Gluten free Hawaiian and Gluten Free House pizza. The Hawaiian had zero sauce and minuscule cheese. The house had barely any sauce or cheese. These gluten free crusts taste like dry cardboard with nothing on them. This is the worst meal we have ever had for $55. Inedible, would not recommend and will not be returning.

House pizza

Solid pizza and salads! We ordered the Bleu salad to start (mixed greens, bleu cheese, red grapes, candied walnuts) along with the House and Wild Mushroom pizzas. My husband enjoyed the variety of meat on his, and I loved the wild mushrooms on mine. They have parmesan and red pepper flakes waiting at each table. The salad was also very good and I'd get it again. It's always busy but we were seated promptly after the Thursday market ended around 7:15pm. Service was good for having a full house. Definitely worth a stop!

Brooklyn pizza

Visiting Spokane for the first time and we decided to church this place out. AMAZING! The Brooklyn pizza was one of the better meat pizzas I've had in a while. The peppadew peppers added just the right amount of kick. So good! They were very fast, too. It was busy but we only waited ~5 mins to sit down and maybe ~10 mins for the pizza. Our server was very kind! Super cool vibe in there with the see through garage doors. Definitely want to come back

Roasted carrots

We stopped in for drinks and an appetizer because we had time to kill. We got the roasted carrots and they were SO good. They are paired with pistachios and whipped feta. Definitely recommend getting the carrots as an appetizer.

Every contact I've had with Grain Shed employees has been more than pleasant; they truly seem to enjoy working there, and take good care of their customers. I need to shout out to Toby and Audrey before I go on. They each provided 110% on customer service, being personable and making sure we left happy. On 2 separate trips to Spokane, I've visited the Grain Shed 3 and 4 times over the course of 3 days (yes, if you do the math, I went twice in 1 day, and the restaurant was NOT just around the corner!) Everything I've tried is delish, but in case you have to limit yourself, I highly recommend the OG, the beets and feta toast, the bread flight with sauces and cheese, the molasses ginger cookie, and maybe a chocolate croissant. I've heard their bread pudding and pumpkin pie (holiday special) are out of this world! I tried to get over to listen to their live music before leaving town, but still need to squeeze that into my schedule. Travelers: save space in your luggage for a loaf of bread. Sadly, no shipping at this time, but I'm waiting for it! This SoCal resident is officially The Grain Shed's #1 fan. I dare any of you to try to take away my title!

The Grain Shed does a farm to table model and is a bakery and brewery. I got a snack here along with a beer and left quite satisfied. I got a Grilled Cheese Sandwich on some of their house made bread with some Cheddar, Swiss and Provolone cheese. The exact name for this sandwich is the Cheesy Toastie. And of course moving on to the beer... the primary motivator to come here. I got the Kölsch beer here called Field Trip. I do love a good Kölsch as they are nice, light bodied beers. And they are especially nice in the summertime. Flavor features in this beer is maltiness, breadiness, a bit of hoppiness and a dry finish. Another beer that Steve and I tried was the INWPA which was a Pale Ale. It was also a nice light bodied beer which again hit the spot despite it being a different drinking session. Flavor characteristics in this beer is citrus, a yeastiness, hoppiness and a biscuity trait. Good beers and sandwiches and we are aiming for a return whenever we are in Spokane again.
