This place is so ridiculously underrated. We moved to the area about 6 months ago and came off a recommendation from our community facebook group. Have probably been a dozen times now. I'm a basic b when it comes to pizza so always order the pepperoni (what can I say, it's my fav) to go, but these guys are consistent in what they make, always ready within 15-20 mins, and their pizza is freaking delicious. Like top 3 pepperonis I've ever had, and last night was probably THE best pizza I've ever had in my life. That's saying a lot considering Nashville had Joey's house of pizza until they closed a few years back. The place is a little hole in the wall in an old kinda run down strip mall but I don't care at all, it's not a place I'm planning on dining in at. First and foremost, own up to your mistakes, don't blame door dash because you can't read an order. Second the owner/ manager needs some education in customer service, and again how to own his business' mistakes. Placed an order to go. Heavier set guy behind the counter was working by himself coughing and handling the register, credit cards, pens, etc. without washing his hands or using gloves before handling food. He also had long dirty nails. If you decide to order from here I would watch how they're handling your food. read more

Ordered Philly steak pizza today. One of my favorite pizza places.. ordered with extra sauce, no sauce at all.. one little piece of steak in each slice as well as onions and mushrooms. Did they change management or cook? I called the restaurant to complain.. sorry you didn't like our pizza and hung up on me before I finished the conversation. Customer service horrible.. I have been a regular customer for years while I worked in SCC .. too bad I will never order again.. so disappointed..I spent $20$ for a 14".. Not worth it! read more

Pizza wasn't that good. I usually save my leftovers for the next day but it wasn't even good enough for that. I expected something that might have resembled the pics on line but this wasn't even close. It was lacking in toppings and they forgot my jalapeños and it was over done. read more

So, I do not live around here but my dad and stepmom do and we always look for good pizza that we can pick up and take home as they are not "going out type of people" found this gem right here on yelp! Hmm, pizza with an attitude. The older lady look at me, like what? I politely said, "I would like order a pizza". She looked directly at me, then move to her ordered screen and literally ignored me. The younger lady, eventually came up and asked I had been helped. I told again that I would like to order since it was my fist time here. She took my order .. we will see in 20-25 minutes if it is worth the attitude. I can only assume, she's turned that I have a mask on. All staff has no mask. Ordered a chicken parm sub and a large pep pizza. The sub was huge!!! Unfortunately, the chicken wasn't breaded and there was little sauce, leaving me with deliciously toasted bread, un-breaded chicken, and cheese. The pepperoni on the pizza was great, curled up, and covered the pizza. The crust was thin, but very well seasoned. Pizza seems a little small for a large, but the taste made up for it. Decent pizza shop with pretty quick delivery. We have ordered a few pies here and all have arrived in about 30 to 45 minutes. This was during the week and during off peak eating times. The driver's have been friendly and the pizza and sides arrived hot and ready to eat. The taste was not the best out there, but was better than frozen, do it yourself pizzas. The price was about on par for what you get. Not overly high priced, so I guess I would say you get what you pay for here. There are better pizzas, but at a higher cost. And there are certain many other pizza places that are not as good, at lower or nearly the same price. So overall this is an average place, average prices, and average taste, in a good way, ha. read more

South Shore Pizza has been tasting way-better since mid 2018. There aren't many pizza choices here in Sun City Center. All the franchises serve tasteless cardboard. I'm very-very disappointed in Pizza Hut here. PH management clearly doesn't give a turd. South Shore has a great opportunity to kick-butt in our area. There are limited delivery options in my area. Maybe Pizza Hut, Domino's and Hungry Howies are the other two. The pizza isn't inexpensive, so these aren't Little Caesar's prices. I ended up getting the "Family Special" for $31.50 plus $2.50 delivery. That was a large 2-topping Pizza, 8 wings and a 2-liter soda. I went with the band-tossed vs thin crust style. I was very impressed that the pizza arrived in 20 minutes! It was also hot and pretty tasty. All in all a pretty good deal, if just a little costly. read more

I just received (delivered) my 2 pizzas which by the way were 5 minutes earlier than they said. I looked at each pizza to make sure each was in good condition; not thrown around and such. They were in great shape as if you got them at the table in the restaurant. The delivery driver was very nice and I actually think I tipped him 3 dollars less that I should have. All in all, their pizzas were fantastic tasting and soft on the crust. WOW. There is NOTHING negative to write here. I will order their pizza over and over again. It was that good. Pizza is ok, not great, nothing new or different...just ok. Delivery was on time, but looks like you don't use a hot sleeve to keep the pizza warm and that proved to be the case...pizza was barely lukewarm. We ordered xtra sauce, xtra cheese, pepperoni, pan pizza. Could not detect extra cheese. Seemed to have regular crust, not much of a pan pizza look or taste. Also, pizza was barely cut up. Had to use my chef's knife to get pieces divided, and that was hard to do since the bottom crust was not at all crisp (reheated leftovers next day using pizza stone, the crust was crispy great).
