Start by getting a better AC unit, the employees were sweating and constantly wiping sweat while attending to customers. Additionally, all cooks need to wear a hairnet while making pizzas. Staff are hard working, pleasant and helpful. Drawbacks are food is served on paper plates, pizza is served without the tower and navigating the uncut spots on the small table using a table knife leaves a little bit to be desired. I went in here for the first time despite the bad reviews and ordered 2 pizzas and 2 garlic knots. 1 order was to go and one for dine in We got the garlic knots while we waited 55 mins for the pizza, the garlic knots were stale and old, drenched in this congealed butter sauce that was just thrown on top..... they were honestly the most terrible knots I've ever had. I asked to cancel the second order because I no longer wanted the one to go, the waitress argued about it until I finally told her "I don't want it because they're not good" Still against my better judgement, we waited for the pizza to arrive, I ordered a Sicilian, and the bread was too hard to eat and the sauce had a weird rotten smell. At that point I asked to cancel the to-go pizza as well and she argued with me again, then went to the counter and began talking about my family and my daughter heard them say "those stupid girls" and looked at us. Not a single bit was worth the cost or space in my hungry stomach. The pizza crust was thin and limp. Cheese was like concrete and slid right off the crust. Okra was dripping in oil with no seasoning. The lettuce in the salad was brown and inedible. So I had ice cream with my neighbors but I was really craving some pizza. So stopped in for a slice of cheese, unfortunately for me they didn't have any slices, but they did have some Sicilian pie slices. So I opted for that instead, best happenstance! This is the best pizza I have had in such a long time! DELICIOUS! The sauce is incredible, and bursting with flavor! This was only part of the experience, while I waited for my pizza to be done in the oven, the young ladies working tonight were very attentive, and provided a complimentary drink, and were just so incredibly pleasant. When my pizza was done, the young ladies ensured I didn't need anything else prior to me taking my pizza home, and were so friendly in their goodbyes. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ and use caution with Door Dash!!! The driver for Door Dash sent a text and said our food wasn't ready for pickup and she was waiting. The delay was an inconvenience but when the food arrived...what a dumpster fire. The salad was no frills at $12.00. The amazing buffalo sauce and bleu cheese dressing saved it. It was mostly lettuce but I made it work. The fried ravioli was on point. Super good!! Now the pizza, this was the intriguing part of the order. We ordered three small pizzas and they showed up very literally, one on top of the other (see photo). But wait, there's more..... After over an hour of waiting for replacement pizzas, John talked to us on the phone about the issue. We spoke for 11 minutes and he offered to personally deliver the three pizzas. This was above and beyond especially considering their overwhelming delivery and takeout orders. Not only were the pizzas delivered intact, a bottle of wine and amazing ice cream accompanied. We were assured the pizzas were not packaged incorrectly but Door Dash had caused the layered pizza effect. Thank you to the management for GREAT service and care for customers. This place has continued to go downward. Do NOT get delivery as they will not get the order fully delivered. This is from multiple experiences. When calling back to get missing items delivered they say they will bring it but don't in any reasonable time. Then when you call back again they tell you they will credit next time you order?? Sure! We will never order or go here again and recommend you do so. There are too many pizza/Italian food choices in the area to waste your time and money here!! Additionally, we have eaten in and they have a great selections of food, all extremely tasty, vegetarian options as well as carnivore options. Their garlic knots that corms with their entrees are out of this world!! Their pasta dishes are also very good.. love the sauce and pasta is not overcooked! Their calzone- huge!!! First pizza I had when we moved here. We went with my sister, brother-in-law and niece. It was average everything. The sausage pizza was a little soggy in the very middle, which made it difficult to pick up, so I folded it Chicago-style. The place was clean, the waiter and service fine. They have arcade games for the kids and it's definitely kid-friendly. My niece had a good time at the arcade with her dad while we waited for our pizzas, and I enjoyed a glass of house wine and chatted with my daughter and sister. The wine was a cheap wine, but it hit the spot. Moving is tiring, especially after a day of unpacking. I NEEDED a drink lol. They also have some IPA beers. I'm more a wine gal than a beer gal :). They do need to wow me and up their game with their food more since the atmosphere isn't anything that stands out as 'different' than Anywhere, Florida. The sausage pizza was just a little too much. It was the one that was soggy in the middle. The plain cheese cooked up much better. They do need a good update cause the 70s are calling them, but I'm not going to dock a star for that. Hi, I want thank Fishhawk pizza for going out of the way to deliver the NY pizza. Aren't we blessed to have a New York pizzeria in our neighborhood. We order the Large pie with extra cheese (see pictures below. You know how it with an authentic NY pizza, you fold it, the tip bends forward, a little may drip, with extra cheese dangling and a New York experience right in our backyard taking us (whether you lived or visited) to better time we will see again. I give Fishhawk Pizza 5 stars, I wish I can give them 10. People, Entrepreneurship is at the core of being American. We need to support our small businesses. When this all done, we want to see them there. Whether it restauranteurs, waiters, bartenders, employees at the super markets these folks are at the front trying to keep some normality in these tense days. We need to support our local businesses and their employees. We want them there when this all well and done! Hey if anything ordering or picking up from your restaurants is a way of not depleting your supplies. I am not saying be careless, do everything you feel you need to (keep distance, wash your hands after receiving delivery, sanitized, use gloves, mask, you probably can ask them to even leave the delivery in your front and you leave the cash outside - don't forget the tip). FHP never disappoints. I do suggest you ask for the pie to be done crispy - its the best. Group of 4 split 1/2 and 1/2 between a MEATS and a SPECIAL, we all got to eat at least 1 slice of each. I have tried all other local pizzas at least once and FHP is always my #1 Their salads and wings are also awesome. Cheap drafts too... Worth noting is the fact that the owners are clearly in it for the community. There must have been at least 10 high school kids working that day and the place wasn't packed. Used to work here, owner has a complex of some kind. Walk up to him when he's having a conversation and try to ask a question you'll get a blank stare and a speech about how he doesn't tolerate talking to his own employees. Foods good but not worth the 1-2 hour wait time that's normal for weekend night. Very hostile work place. Please change the oil in the fryer that has been used for many months now it's nasty. Gloves aren't used in the kitchen. Overall really wish the worse for these guys no matter how humble and kind the owners seem on Facebook. Manager joe recently hired doesn't have a clue. read more

I read the other reviews before eating here with my family and was kind of nervous but nothing was served on a paper plate and the booths and restrooms were in good condition.
