They charge $99 for the diagnosis which then is applied to your job if you accept. He completed the work with care and efficiency and was easy to communicate with. They said an electrical permit and an electrician would be required -- true, if it is a NEW installation. The extra $450 made me balk. I decide to call Clear Flo again, figuring there was always a chance that it might be something that could be repaired. Bryan made an appointment, called to say he would be a few minutes late.
