Terrible experience and ruined my day since I planned it all around my haircut. I work full time and am in school, so I am on a very tight schedule. Unfortunately I was treated like my time was not important. I made an appointment online about 2 weeks ago. I got lost and called for directions, so Marlee told me "I'm a little behind, so take your time". I had a 2:45pm appointment with her, so I gave her some extra time and arrived at 3pm. She was with a client and said "I'll be a few more minutes". Meanwhile I'm thinking, it's already 15 minutes past my appointment time and she isn't ready. Was she even planning on calling to let me know, or did she just expect me to wait? I gave it until 3:10pm and she still wasn't done yet. At that point it was almost a half hour past my appointment time. I told her I'll reschedule, and she said "Sorry, I'll call you when I'm done". It is now 3:30pm and no phone call. I drove 20 minutes only to wait around a half hour past my appointment time and never get a follow up call Horrible customer service, DO NOT recommend! read more

Im not a yelper, I never yelp but I'll make an exception this time around, Marlee did such an amazing job on my hair, I'm pretty particular, I'm blonde and I love the ashy look opposed to the brassy copper look. Ive been to probably 20 different hair stylists in my life and will consistently go every 6-8weeks, and with all honesty Marlee did the best work Ive ever had!! Its not easy nailing blonde/ashy/grey with minimal toner and still be super quick! Hands down shes the best on island. Side note, her colleague April had done my hair in the past and she did a great job too. I'll continue going there and will recommend Marlee/April to friends and fam when they visit. read more

My girl up and moved to the mainland and left me high and dry so I simply had to find my new person fast! I read some great reviews of this salon and April especially so I thought I'd try her out. As luck would have it, she was fantastic! She did exactly what I wanted and I wound up getting the best cut and highlights I have ever had!! She also has a great personality and cracked me up a lot. The salon is also very clean and tastefully decorated. Marlee the owner is super nice too! Amazing experience and I really am happy with April - she is so knowledgeable and has like 30 years of experience so you just can't go wrong with her. I LOVE MY HAIR!!!!! read more

I am sooooo pleased with Marlee's work! She gave me these beautiful pintura/balayage highlights on my curls. Marlee used Olaplex with the bleach to make sure that my curls were not damaged by the process. This really helped so much because bleach I've had in the past was so different. This really kept a lot of moisture in my hair which is something I super need! I went in wanting to blend the highlights so that I could transition to letting my gray hair grow in and I couldn't be happier with the results! I'm a brunette, and these hand-painted highlights looked the most natural for me. I love how they accentuate my curls too, especially in photos! Marlee is really easy-going and we had a lot of fun chatting and joking around. Her demeanor was really calming, especially when you're putting your hair in someone's hands for the first time! I thought the salon was really clean and comfortable too, and I loved all the plants and fountain in the waiting area! I left feeling like a milli! Can't wait to try her microblading next! I decided to get eyelash extensions for my upcoming wedding and I knew this was the perfect salon as soon as I walked in. I described what I was looking for to my stylist (Marlee) and she nailed it to a T! Not only were my lashes on point but eyebrow tint I asked her to add on was just as perfect. On top of great customer the salon is clean, convenient and cozy but Marlee is the true magician when it comes to the needs of her clients. Tamarah saved my eyelash extensions while I was here on vacation and ruined them (whoops). Very skilled and friendly, highly recommend.

Thankfully the owner made it right and had another lash artist do a complimentary fill to make up for the first visit. Chelsea was wonderful and knew what she was doing, I left there with my lashes looking great. Unfortunately, I'm only able to give four stars for the fact that a lot of my real lashes got ripped out because the first session was so poor that I had stacks of lashes on one lash in multiple spots. read more
