However, I never received an email or a phone call. I waited about a week and a half and nothing. So I went to their website again today but this time I mentioned I tried to get a quote last week along with if they have been trying to call me since my previous inquiry I receive a lot of spam calls so if I don't receive a voicemail I don't call back. A few moments later I get a text message from Rene saying he's with Jason's water systems and was reaching out about my inquiry. After I replied with thank you I really appreciate it, I got nothing back. I expected a response with a possible appt date to come provide a quote and a water test but nothing and it's been hours. Needless to say, I most likely won't be doing business with them after all. _______________________________________ Update: I received a phone call from the sales manager Chris who was very informative & answered all my questions. I'm very grateful and appreciate the time he took to speak with me and apologize. & Thank you Emily I checked my email and it was a "call now" automated type email, but that's the only one I received. It didn't let me reply to your comment directly. Chris is coming tomorrow to do the water test and provide a quote. Thank you again!

Installation and overall use of the system was hassle-free, which I really appreciate. That said, there were a couple of things that didn't match what was originally discussed. I was initially told a reverse osmosis system would be included, but I was later convinced I didn't need it, and they never came out to install it. Looking back, it would have been nice to have that option honored. I was also told service would be free every 5-7 years, but when I needed service, I ended up having to pay for the visit. Overall, despite those issues, I would still recommend them for people that do not want to deal with it, because the system itself works well and the overall experience was smooth. In hindsight, I probably would have installed a system myself. It's actually much simpler than I initially thought, and there are comparable systems available online for significantly less. For example, back in 2015 I paid around $4,300, while similar systems can be found for closer to $1,200 - $1,600. If you're comfortable with basic DIY projects, it could save you a few thousand dollars.

I should have been because now I can't get my attic entry point stairs down. So I'm going to have to pay someone to move the water softener over so my stairs can come down safely. I'm very disappointed in all of this. All aspects of install should have been taken into consideration after spending cash in full $3245. Then what prompted this review and I emailed back on this invoice I just got ; I got my salt delivery statement today as the guy came out about 3 weeks ago. I again working should have went out there to hold his hand because I got a $28 bill with no # of bags of salt no delivery fee either. Just you owe $28 and some change When the salt delivery guy showed up, I had opened the garage so he could do his job and thought he would knock on the door when he was done. Nope, nada, nothing, he just left and my garage wide open for about 10 mins. This is not good customer service at all. I will not be using this salt delivery service ever again and I'm just extremely disappointed in how all this went. Can't even open my attic, thanks! I would not recommend this company. I'm highly disappointed and a little PO'd that I can't get in my attic especially when my AC is up there to change the filter. I will not be taking this review down either or calling the owner because obviously you don't care.

They said someone named Julie would contact me to schedule. Days passed--nothing. I followed up, and again was told to wait for Julie. Eventually, she contact me and texted her back. On March 28th, I told her I work weekdays and preferred evenings or weekends. She asked me what time, so I suggested 6:30 PM or a Saturday two weeks out. No response. I followed up on March 31--still no reply. On April 8, I texted again and finally called the company. They apologized and scheduled a visit for Friday, April 11 between 2-5 PM. We had to drive 30 minutes because we haven't moved in fully yet and rearranged work. My husband waited at the house from 1:30 PM. No one came. At 3:40 PM, the company called saying the driver, Chris, was delayed and would arrive between 6:30-7:00 PM. We waited again. The driver never called ahead like promised. At 7:15 PM, we gave up and drove home after wasting six hours. At 7:35 PM, the driver finally texted asking if he could come now. I said no--we weren't there anymore. The next day I texted asking if he could come or at least explain how to unlock the water. No response. This was incredibly unprofessional. Are customers treated this poorly just because they don't buy Elite Water products? The communication was terrible, the follow-up nonexistent, and our time was completely disrespected. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
