Strike 1 - made me a drink that was way to sweet and they refused to remake it Strike 2 - They charged me $1.25 for a splash of cream in my black coffee! Since when does anywhere charge for a splash in a coffee? Creamer is not included with your coffee. Strike 3 - I have their rewards punch card, bought 10 coffees and earned my FREE coffee...but they told me "we can't accept or honor your reward free drink because we changed our rewards system" The level of service and doing what right is extremely poor. So, Southern Grace was a popular spot for market attendees who wanted to catch some air conditioning while enjoying a snack. Service on a Sunday was slow. The barista seemed stressed being the only person making drinks. Inside is fine but no music or sounds playing so you could hear everything. I ended up leaving and not getting a drink. The drink combinations sound great and maybe next time I'll get one. She said their ticket system was down so she was writing everything down. read more

I was excited to see that the Meadows finally had a coffee shop after nearly two decades. It's been a long time coming. I visited Southern Grace Coffee and was a bit disappointed in the coffee. The location itself is cozy. It's a great addition to the shops around. I had one of their seasonal flavors (it was a few weeks ago, so I don't recall the flavor combo). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to taste much, if any, of the flavor in the drink. It ended up costing more than I expected, and more than most shops around by about $1. So not tasting any of the flavor I was up-charged for was a bit sad. I've only been here once so it may not have been the norm. Other reviews indicate a better-tasting drink, so it could have just been my order! The baristas were super attentive and kind. In regard to overall experience, it was nice, but the coffee was lacking for me personally. read more

Came here for an afternoon pick me up on a weekday. Ordered a Brown sugar cinnamon latte and a cookie butter latte with oat milk to go. The decor is very cute inside! Although on the small side it feels very comfy, definitely a place to hang out with friends or get some work done tucked in a corner. There was one person working behind the counter, she was friendly and fast with our interaction. It unfortunately took about 15 minutes to get 2 coffees with 1 persons drinks ahead of ours. I'm unsure if this was a staffing issue or if it usually takes this long in general. Thankfully I didn't have anywhere to be but if you're someone who wants to pop in and out quickly I'd definitely recommend ordering ahead. Both lattes were good although the one with oat milk felt lacking in the cookie butter/coffee flavor and tasted more like the oat milk instead of. I did see that you can request different levels of ingredients so if you're someone like me who loves coffee flavor I'd say something! Overall I'd come back to try another coffee. They also had a pretty large food menu written on the wall so I will definitely try the food next time as well! read more

First time here, and first off, the drink is fantastic! Almost ran back in after I got it to-go to let them know! I have Alpha Gal allergy, and the service was great. They were very accommodating, recommending me options to try. They were even reading labels on the syrups for me, when I definitely didn't mind doing it myself. They were packed! The decor was super cute, and it had a great vibe in there. They greeted on entrance and on exit. Super kind people. A bit pricey for my liking, but I don't get coffee very often. It was roughly $7.50 for a 20oz (that may be normal for all I know!) The taste, service, and the vibes makes it all worth it though! read more

Every Saturday we go to the Farmers Market, every weekend we try different coffee shops, Today we went Southern Grace Coffee LLC, Both went sugar free iced 24oz I decided on some sort of waffle cone mocha something or other (cashier recommended) wife had Cousin Kim's Carmel both Tasted like overly sweet chemical skim milk. As my wife went back up to add shot of coffee in it, still too sweet with not really much coffee taste. We enjoy trying Coffee all over the State/Country but For the price of coffee these days the quality was disappointing to say the least, honestly the 1st coffee I couldn't finish. With a 32oz cup 8.99 which was also not on the menu but on a board.
