Location is getting worse everyday. I've been going to this location practically every day for the last 3 years, order the same drink . Every time it is made differently, looks different and tastes different , lately tastes like dirty water. They have a whole new staff that is very rude.! Treat me like it's my fault the drink is different everyday . I am so disappointed, drinks are too expensive to taste like dirty water then be treated like I did something wrong . Staff is very rude and uncaring . Drinks are not consistently made the same . Never have this problem at locations in O'Fallon on Bryan Road or in Wentzville. I shouldn't have to drive miles out of my way to get my drink made correctly. Time to find a different coffee company . read more

The staff here is the epitome of a well-oiled machine. They work together in harmony, and quickly. They're always buzzing along - and are consistently pleasant. The location itself has wide open feels. My favorite combo isn't coffee at all...I like chocolate milk paired with a Cheese and Fruit Protein Box. The Tomato & Mozzarella on Foccacia is a solid second choice, if I'm in the mood for a sandwich. A word to the wise - don't let them microwave it. It ruins the cheese and fries the bread. This has to be the slowest and most poorly built starbucks there is. The line does not move and it takes up the entire parking lot. I feel bad for the other businesses because they do not get any parking. For the drink itself, it's great because it's starbucks and the one thing they do really well is consistency with their drinks. But this place has got to figure it out. read more

Just like the other reviews, I'm going to list the reason why this rating is so low. I travel all over the country and visit Starbucks everywhere I go. This is BY FAR the slowest location. First, let me say it's not the employees. They're busting their butts working in that store and almost every rating is really low (overall a 2 star) due to how slow it is there. The management of this store needs to understand there's a problem and work to fix it, or it'll continue to be terribly slow service. It's not an employee problem...it's a management problem. I've visited this location now several times because I've moved to the area and it's close. My first stop I thought would be fine getting there about 6:15am. I sat in line for 7 minutes and it didn't move an inch. So I had to leave because at that rate, it would've easily taken 45 minutes to get through the line. So next visit I prepared and ordered ahead and gave them plenty of time. The app gives an approximate time your order will be ready. It took almost 40 minutes from the time I ordered on the app - 25 minutes longer than what the app said. The store was busy and they had a lot of employees working, so that just blew my mind. Third visit I stopped later in the morning when there was one car in the drive thru. The employee was really friendly and the speed wasn't bad (wasn't as fast as you'd expect for only one car sitting at the window when I pulled up). I took my drink and drove off. I order the same drink every time, so I know exactly what it tastes like. After my first sip it tasted weird. I thought maybe it was me. Then after 2 or 3 more I knew it was definitely not made right. I was going to just throw it the trash. But at $6 for a drink I decided I was going back and getting it right. My 4th and most recent trip was this morning. Left the gym and drove over to see how long the line was at 6 am (learned my lesson already) and there was one car at the window, one car behind them, and one car pulling up to order. Then me. Again, I'm not bashing the employees, this is on management at this location. After waiting several minutes for the car in front of me to place her order, I pulled up and sat for several minutes myself. They didn't even acknowledge sitting there. At all other Starbucks locations, if they can't take your order right away, they'll tell you that and come back to you. Finally placed the order and of course waited several minutes to pull up to the window. When I got to the window, it was the same thing. They don't even acknowledge that you're sitting there. 20 minutes was the wait time to get my drink. I actually feel bad for the employees. The girl working the drive thru was making drinks while another was unpacking tea or something and chatting away. Another employee was just walking into the store. This was at 6:22...and the line behind me just kept growing. I'll continue to order here ONLY when there's nobody in line. But I know that will be very rare. I've learned I need to stop at my old location on my way to work when I want a cup of Starbucks. Hopefully the team can improve. The location set up kind of sucks, but that's kind of status quo for a lot of Starbucks locations today. read more

Sad!!! This Ronald Reagan Starbucks is a mess without Carrie! Every time we go when Carrie not in, they always screw up on our orders, no flavor water down and RuDe (Zoe & Maggie). We waited for 15-20 minutes for our drinks before we went ask them, while other people came after us already got their drink. They told us those are mobile order, No they aren't because we stand there and watch what is going on!! Plus we are Starbucks people, we know about mobile orders! Why you even said that?! Normally I don't say anything negative because I work in customer service and I understand how hard it can be to work in that business, but.... This Starbucks is awful. Rude, unreasonable, and uneducated staff members. I used to go consistently to this Starbucks because it's conveniently located -- never again. Today, I went to order a Venti Hot Oat Milk Latte with 4 Pumps of Sugar Cookie Syrup. The same thing I have been getting since they brought the syrup in. 20 minutes after placing my order, the barista goes to hand me my drink -- grande, iced. I hold onto it, hand still out of my car window and say "I'm so sorry, this was supposed to be a Venti Hot Latte with oat milk and sugar cookie!" They stare blankly at me and say "that's your drink." -- uh??? Bewildered I said "no I'm sorry I ordered a venti hot oat milk latte" and attempt to hand it back. The barista insists that that is my drink and I am wrong. Even though the label on the cup says "Vt Latte" -- if you order it grande, it says Gr -- if you order it iced, it says Ic ... I go to park my car, not wanting to continue being told that the drink that is clearly not mine or what I ordered, is my venti hot drink. I walk inside, and go to the register, holding the drink and saying "I just ordered a venti hot oat milk latte with sugar cookie in the drive thru and received the wrong drink." ANOTHER barista tells me that I'm wrong and that I have to pay AGAIN for my venti hot oat milk latte ? I now have two drinks in my hand, one grande iced, one venti hot, but paid for the size of two venti oat milk lattes. read more

This location always feels filthy. There are so many flies everywhere! On the food, on the machines, on the drinks. I'm filing a health complaint over it, it's bad enough. I've never filed a health complaint before but this seems necessary. The service often is an issue as well as they cannot keep up with orders with any rush. If there are any vehicles in the drive through you're going to wait 5-10 minutes it's just how it is unfortunately. Hopefully it gets better. read more

There was about 7 employees behind the counter, it still took about 5 minutes for someone to take my order when someone did take it, it was a young girl who had just clocked in. She had really long hair and put her hair in a pony tail right by all the drinks. She didn't wash her hands or put on gloves after. She was handling food without her gloves. The drinks are always made really well but the amount of time it takes to make them is absurd. I only had two cars in front of me at the drive-through and easily the one from me had a three minute head start. After ordering which I didn't have to wait at all to pull up to the order spot, I waited exactly 11 minutes. Both cars in front of me received only one drink so not sure why it took so long. The inside didn't look very busy so if it's a problem of staffing they've had ample time to figure that out. And there was no acknowledgment about the amount of time it took to wait either which in the past they have apologize for that and it's a nice thing just to acknowledge there are less than stellar performance. Just be sure to allow plenty of time if planning to go through the drive-through or even ordering ahead on the app. read more

They just struggle to make signature drinks correct, and even custom ones. They are also extremely slow! This is probably because of the drive thru, which seems to always have a line, but is a perk in itself if you're on the go.
