Super friendly and helpful staff. Car was clean, well maintained (practically new) and got a great rate booking direct with them and using a promo code. Even better than Costco rate which is unusual. Pick up was right on time and agent even adjusted the rental time out to reflect actual time I left rather than time I was picked up at home. Would have rated them 5 stars but they didn't have the size car I rented (full) and had to downgrade me to a smaller vehicle. The price was adjusted accordingly but I really wanted the larger vehicle for a long trip. However I get that this is a small location in town and not carrying the inventory found at an airport. Reminded me of the Seinfeld episode, they take the reservation, but they don't HOLD the reservation. My husband was counting on a car for an out of state trip. He had reserved it several weeks in advance. The night before the trip, Enterprise informed him they weren't sure if they would have a car for him as they had 30 other people in front of him. Sure enough, the next day, we were informed that were no cars available, and that by 2:00 pm, there would still be seven people ahead of him. So, sadly can't tell how the rental cars are there, as we ended up having to use our own car for the trip. Would like to save others the stress and frustration this caused our family, particularly during fire evacuation times. read more

Never trust this place. Having a reservation means NOTHING to them because they even admitted they don't update their inventory with corporate. You just get a call from them saying you are S-O-L because they claim they don't have any vehicles, but pay no attention to all the vehicles parked in their lot. This place is a HARD PASS! Wow!! Top notch!! We were involved in a hit & run Christmas Eve. Our insurance set is up with Enterprise in Medford to get our car rental while our family car was getting fixed. Anyways, when we went to drop our car MEDFORD Enterprise met us with a 2 door coupe! we have 3 car seats to fit. Our family car is a Suburban! Medford Enterprise offered a bigger car, but it would be out of pocket! What!? It seemed they weren't willing to really help us. We live in GP so I contacted Enterprise here and they were able to get us in a van to accommodate our family at NO additional cost. We are so grateful! We are due to welcome a new family member anyway now. I so appreciate not worrying about my family fitting in a car while ours is in the shop. Thank you for your generosity! Extremely impressed with Aaron! I rented a pickup truck and when we arrived the truck had remaining objects from the previous renter. I had my son hop back there and throw them out (no big deal) I noticed along the drive there was cigarette holes in the visor and driver seat. I also noticed a cigarette smell about an hour into our drive. I called to be sure I wasn't charged for the holes as I didn't fully investigate the interior before leaving the location. Aaron not only explained and apologized for the state of the truck, but offered a generous discount for the inconvenience. 100% impressed with their service recovery. Over the years we have learned that even though we all spend way to much money on our vehicles. Sad thing is we buy them to drive them but when taking long road trips or just having to travel for business the miles being added are just wasteful!! So for a while now we rent vehicles for all the road trips and save the miles on our personal vehicles. The first couple times we rented from Hertz (NIGHTMARE!!) and tried others from the airport also and hated it. Dirty cars, rude staff and that is no way to start a road trip. We relocated to Southern Oregon and decided to give Enterprise a try off of Union in Grants Pass. The first time we rented it went real smooth. The vehicle was a mid sized and was a pleasure to drive. Check-in and drop off both went super smooth. So hoping it wasn't just a one time thing we tried them again. This time we went for a full size. The manager "Zach" was amazing. Every time we called scheduling the puck-up he was super helpful and ALWAYS polite and professional. We have returned to Enterprise 4 more times and every single time we have had awesome service. Even though it isn't always Zach signing us in or out he checks in and confirms we are happy with the rental and all is going smooth with the service. Good service anywhere is so hard to find anymore so it is so refreshing to do business with Enterprise. They absolutely have my business anytime I am in need of renting a vehicle. I truly believe that with good management it is reflected in the service you receive. I really hope that all the employees are acknowledged for a job well done. This local business took advantage of a 93 year old family member who suffers from dementia. He drove the car (when his license was not valid) for 5 miles and was charged over $900.00. He had actually called the office after the first day and Enterprise did not follow up. They would have known immediately when they had him fill out the documents that he was not capable of dealing with financial matters. This was a terrible disservice to a WWII veteran and long time community leader. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I am visiting my parents from out of state and we have had an overnight trip to the coast planned for a while. We rented a van so we could all drive together. We arrived at 9am to pick our rental up and were informed that the other people won't be back to drop it off until 3pm now. We did not receive a call or anything to inform us and the guy working the counter was completely unapologetic. Terrible service. Terrible communication. Don't bother wasting your time renting from Enterprise Oregon . I made reservations, called corporate to make sure they have a car at this location, corporate says yes, there should not be any issue . Later I get a call from the location telling me they're out of cars . This isn't the first time this has happened in Medford and now in grants pass.... ... update . I received an email from enterprise on yelp to contact their care@enterprise.com. Basically they don't care. I sent customer service a picture of text and reservation # from the gentleman who answered my review and I explained to them that this was the problem and all they were trying to do was giving me a generic and a politically correct answer. There's basically a big disconnect between corporate and their local rental centers i hope they can fair better than HERTZ RENTA CAR . UBER is a much better option unless you're in rural area. read more

Michael was friendly and helpful. They upgraded me for free and even let me keep the car an extra day with no issue. My only complaint is the refunding of my credit card took much longer than anticipated. I had to make a few phone calls to get it handled. Other than that....I had a great experience. read more

Awesome service! Very kind, fair and compassionate! We got our car that we had set aside - but called in advance to ensure it would be there... it was a bit late, but as a result we got to keep it over-time several hours without extra charge, which we ended up sorely needing because we returned it in Oakland and got lost on the way... the only thing I would have liked more warning about was that some of the Oakland enterprise branches would be closing early on Saturday... I am new to car rentals, and this ended up being a bit of a wild-card as we went to two branches before returning it to the airport. Thank you for your care, guys! Worst customer service EVER! Rushed, refused to answer questions...literally the WORST place and I will never go back!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car has always been my first choice for car rental. They have very friendly, helpful staff members and the cars are clean, new and the best updated models. Having rented from them for many years, I've seen their policies change. My only complaint is that no matter how long or often I rented from them, I seem to always have to jump through a lot of paperwork hoops since I use a debit card. If one doesn't have a credit card be prepared to have to produce a lot of proof about your ability to rent from them. I would suggest that the company keep records on repeat users and reward them for taking good care of their cars, returning them on time unscathed and with a tank full of gas. read more

Incredibly disappointed in Enterprise as a whole, not just this location. Had set-up reservation using rewards points so I should only have had to pay a drop fee for a one-way rental. Got to the location and was told that the reservation was not set for a free rental and that I needed to call the 800 number and rebook it. Phone rep said they cannot do reservations that way and transferred me to the department that can. Next department said I have to go online to do it. When I went online, could not set a reservation for the same day as I was told it had to be...After telling the agent at the counter that I will just pay for rental and be on my way, he then tried to get me to pay more for an upgrade in to a car that was clean instead of having to wait for one to be cleaned!!!! When I dropped the car off, nobody at the office cared that I had to pay for what should have been a free rental! read more

The rep at GP Enterprise was polite and only a little condescending. The wait was a little long, as he answered the phone and took patrons to their vehicle. I waited about 20 minutes in the office before being helped. But once it was my turn, he took good care of me. The car we reserved was not ready when we arrived, so I had to wait for it to be cleaned, another 15 minutes or so. I wasn't pleased that the online rates at the travel site I reserved my car at, were not honored. I paid too much for the extra insurance. But, again the rep was polite and even scrubbed the car while I waited. read more
