He provides guidance for both my nutrition and my workouts, and I always feel confident that I'm walking away with a solid plan, which I definitely need. James is also my biggest cheerleader and motivator, which became ever more evident as I prepared for my first fitness competition recently. James encouraged me to do the show and to challenge myself with a new goal. I wasn't sure I could do it, but James was there every step of the way to boost my morale and give me confidence. There is usually decent amount of street parking in the block or two surrounding the gym and Trader Joe's is next door and the Coop down the street, making it east to knock out two birds with one stone. Everything was always in well- maintained, functioning shape. Their is every machine you are likely to need, with some doubled up and the enough free weights and other equipment to get done what you need to. It is also nice that the aerobic machines face out to the street. Adam helped singed me up and was always a friendly, upbeat personality to deal with and they seemed pretty straightforward in how it all worked. I recommend this place!

A thing that could improve this location is optimization of utility of space as the space is certainly limited. Other than that, this is a beautiful gym in a good location, well maintained, regularly cleaned and it seems they renovated it somewhat recently!

Instead of showing me around the gym, he bluntly asked me "What do you want to know?" And then for every question I asked, he would give a brief answer and then tell me how that information is available on the website already. It seemed like he couldn't wait to throw me out of the door. In the end, he sarcastically said he thought service dogs were supposed to behave better even though my dog didn't cause any trouble (no barking or littering) the entire time. He just curiously looked around a couple of times. This is the most unprofessional tour I have ever experienced. Not even any basic respect or manners. I recommend that you stay away no matter how cheap their membership fees seem to be.

I started going to the gym (another gym) earlier this year but I didn't know what I was doing and would just go around the gym trying different machines. Then I switched to pro fit and saw results immediately. I saw more progress in one month with pro fit than the previous 3-4 months at the other gym! And I'm not even exaggerating. I love that they would put up a workout on the board for me each time I come in and would try to squeeze me in when I couldn't make my usual time. Everyone was really friendly and would greet me each time I went in, and I was pleasantly surprised that all the trainers learned my name. I worked mostly with Chris and he was amazing! I I remember I could not run for more than 2 miles comfortably right before joining pro fit, and three months after, I can comfortably run 6-7 miles and broke my personal record again and again without intentionally trying to improve my running stats. I'm training for a half marathon, and that to me three months ago was unimaginable. They also have a body scale that breaks down your muscle mass and fat mass by arms/legs/etc, which has been really helpful in tracking progress. I had the silver package for three months and they are not cheap. But I'm still very glad that I tried them out and imo it was a small price to pay to get into better shape and more importantly develop habits that will help me with my workouts in the future!! 100/10 would recommend - I wish I could give them more than 5 stars
