The woman, who conveniently did not give me her name, should not be working customer service. I understand my bf forgot to use the coupon, but as a 1 time courtesy refused to update the payment. Within 1 hour of having service done. I just moved here, they are literally right around the corner from me and could've had my business for the lifetime of my new car. Instead, they lost a loyal customer over $15. The service also took 45 minutes to complete.

To be honest I was drawn by their catchy name. Upon arrival I was greeted by their welcoming staff. The waiting room was clean and offered free beverages. While waiting they popped in to let me know that my air filter didn't need to get replaced and showed it to me as well. While waiting I watched as they inspected my lights and vacuumed my vehicle. And just like that 15 minutes had passed by and my oil change was done. I didn't even get to finish the coffee I brewed! What service! I'll be back in 5k miles for my next oil change.
