Went there for an oil change and a few other maintenance jobs for a total of $250 the other day. Today I noticed the entire oil pan plate is being held on by only 1 bolt. They didn't do the job correct the first time so we go back today to get the job fixed, we wait for 40 minutes and someone to gets there after us gets priority and by that time I gotta leave and so I'm asking to just get the bolts to do it myself and these incompetent workers just smirk and won't provide us with it. I came to get my oil change today & overall it was a good experience. Reese and Zachary did a great job but my issue is with the manager, Rick. He blatantly yelled at all the employees right in front of me & made me extremely uncomfortable. I've been in a customer service management roll before & never would I confront my employees in front of a customer. It makes staff feel embarrassed, customers uncomfortable, and all round ruins the experience. It really rubbed be the wrong way & I don't appreciate when the people providing me a service are being publicly humiliated. These men do not clock in to have that happen to them. This is one of the slowest Jiffylubes about 40 plus minutes per car. 2 cars in bay and both took 40. Don't know how long they were already there. No sense of urgency when finally pulled in they said they can't do newer BMWs as they don't have extractor. It would have been nice to tell me that as I waited. do not come to this location went in for a battery exchange. I already purchased one from AutoZone was told that I needed to do a computer reset they had no idea what a computer reset was the employee behind them kept telling them yeah you gotta do it a computer didn't listen to her so once everything was done an hour and a half later, I went to go start my car my Miles were blinking. My engine light was on my tire pressure was on come to find out. They messed it all up. Do not go to this location. The GM just wanted to clear it and then go on with my day. What a scammer please do not go to this location. It is horrible. Took me two hours just to exchange a battery. There's nothing fast about this. No Jiffy at all. I contacted headquarters and also found out that there has been multiple times. Were caps were left off for the oil changes just a horrible place. Do not go here. I waited in the convenient waiting area and enjoyed a hot cup of coffee. What the what? Now why does this place only get 3 stars? Everyone has an opinion...so here's mine... We have not been to a Jiffy Lube in probably 10 years...seriously. Why?...Not because we didn't like them, but because we just moved and had mechanics that looked after our vehicles in those places. Now that we have moved here, we don't have any certain mechanic and the deed had to be done. So...I Googled...I Yelped (and was hesitant since I trust my fellow Yelpers)...but decided to give it a go anyway. We were greeted at our vehicle and asked all the info. We did nothing except carry ourselves inside for the wait while they took care of everything. They had some questions and made some suggestions. They were even super busy, so it took slightly longer than it probably should have, but still...it was ok. They have an indoor waiting area with coffee, chairs, TV and bathroom. There is also an outside waiting area. It is documented for next time and we are all set. They did what they are supposed to do...so it's all good eh? They place could use some tidying...but hey...its a car service area! read more

I had an oil change and asked for an estimate on brakes. I was advised I had to do all 4 brake pads and change all 4 rotors. I took it to a trusted mechanic for a second opinion and none of the rotors needed replaced. There were no scratches or grooves or thinning out. Just another shop thinking they could take advantage of a woman and charge me way more than necessary. They also refused to do the pads without rotors when questioned. Now that I know I can't trust them, I'll never visit that shop even for my oil changes again. read more

The price seems right, but when I used to take my car there they "claimed" to top off my fluids, well when I had my Dad check after leaving, because about a week later the window wiper fluid ran out, none the fluids had been topped off. Also the Mustang I had had those metal covers on them, and the weren't put back on. I noticed about 3-4 days later and magically they had disappeared and no one had seen them... This Jiffy Lube has the magical ability to transform a $25 oil change into $166 worth of car maintenance. They do have good deals from time to time, but the days of the 15 minute oil change are long gone. On a positive note, they have coffee, water and an outdoor seating area. There was a DVD in the player that was playing the intro music on a loop, so I started the movie so that I wouldn't go out of my freaking mind listening to the same music on repeat. There is also an antfestation (my word; don't steal it!) in the unisex restroom that should be addressed. The reason I come back all the time is because the staff is very helpful. Although they are ultimately there to sell you upgrades, services and products, they also don't hesitate to tell you that there are things that you should have done elsewhere or that the manufacturer's recommendation might allow for longer time frames between maintenance for some items. Ok I'm currently sitting inside the bay waiting for my oil change. I have a 2013 Chevy volt (hybrid, hence why the oil needs changing) and oil changes are always weird because the filter is different from a standard one. They didn't have it and the manager Sharon literally went to the auto store across the street to buy it. In my opinion that's GRADE A customer service and I appreciate this. read more

Went to get my car serviced before driving to Tallahassee seeing that it's a 3 hour drive. Went in for a simple oil change. I called at 12:10 and spoke to Jesse who was pleasant on the phone and told me it would be about 30-45 minutes. I was okay with waiting that time seeing that I didn't need to get to Tallahassee until 5pm. It was not in fact 30-45 minutes it ended up being 2 hours. I did not leave the parking lot until 2:03. I got in my car and left seeing that now I was going to be late. As I was driving I noticed that every light on my dashboard was on and started shaking. I called back Jesse at jiffy lube who told me my car was always like that (when in fact it wasn't).. and that he meant to ask me however didn't. He also stated the car was fine and it was double checked. Feeling that My car wasn't safe to drive let alone for 3 hours on the interstate and that my intelligence was insulted on how I know how my car runs I turned around on the freeway and came back and had Chris manager look at my car. Multiple pieces in my engine were not connected, where Chris reconnected them and then reset my electrical wiring for the lights to go off on my dash. Chris sincerely apologized and provided me with a free oil change next time. do not know if I'll be returning to this location but also want to give them the benefit of the doubt. Chris handled everything well and I hope he can use this as a way to teach his staff I did not like the fact that I was lied too. If everything was double checked then the pieces in my engine would have been connected. I also don't like the fact that I was told that's how my car always is when I know for a fact because I drive my car every day and have drove it every day for the past seven years that my car does not run like that. It was insulting and demeaning to think that I don't know how my car feels when I drive it especially when I have had no problems until I brought it there. So If you're looking for a place that is detail oriented and efficient with their time I would suggest going somewhere else. If you have nothing to do the rest of the day and wouldn't mind returning after leaving thI'd suggest this jiffy lube. After corresponding with the customer service team it confirmed I will not be back. Still paid full price for this service with no refund just the promise of another oil change of a place I do not trust with my car after endangering my life. read more
