He called me "a nut job" and threaten to call the police if I didn't leave the store. Yes, I was angry. I explained that he would be angry in my situation too. Brian from Felton's is the only one who even put his hands on my machine, immediately replaced the broken wire, ran a diagnostic and determined our furnace could be repaired. Was back out within days to complete the repair and install a new digital thermostat for a fraction of the price of a new furnace. Our furnace has never worked so well in the 8 years we've lived here. Really great honest guy. Still to this day haven't heard back from the others.
