I asked for some resolution to our problem. I didn't expect a refund, just thought maybe he could help us with a replacement until we have a working oven. He called me "a nut job" and threaten to call the police if I didn't leave the store. Yes, I was angry. I explained that he would be angry in my situation too. He walked in his office and shut the door. I left his store and I will never step foot in there again. I advise you do the same.

We had to refuse delivery, make multiple trips to the store, and spend time getting the duplicate purchase refunded. It was an unnecessary hassle during an already stressful remodel. On top of that, we were dealing with a hectic holiday schedule and family events. Once we had time to really look at the new refrigerator, we noticed the doors weren't aligned, there was a scratch on it, and it began displaying a "High Temp" warning. We had already lost all of our food when our previous refrigerator failed--which wasn't your fault--but now we're facing the possibility of losing another fully stocked refrigerator because the replacement isn't working properly. When I contacted customer support through chat, I was told I had missed the return window by just a few hours--not days, but hours. There was no flexibility or understanding, despite everything that had happened with the duplicate dishwasher order and all the issues surrounding this purchase. I know this isn't the most expensive refrigerator you sell, but it certainly wasn't cheap. I expected better quality and, more importantly, better customer service. Brian from Felton's is the only one who even put his hands on my machine, immediately replaced the broken wire, ran a diagnostic and determined our furnace could be repaired. Was back out within days to complete the repair and install a new digital thermostat for a fraction of the price of a new furnace. Our furnace has never worked so well in the 8 years we've lived here. Really great honest guy. Still to this day haven't heard back from the others.
