We had our Samsung refrigerator repaired by SW, they came and estimated $500+ to replace the two circuit boards and guaranteed it will work, I did ask to confirmed before go ahead, because buying new refrigerator only cost $2k, however it still not working and they cashed our check then provided 90 days warranty! It's only 3 weeks! They came back and said it the Compressor problem not the boards and need to be replaced by Samsung, I called Samsung and it will cost $800+ and it may not working! As a customer I requested to either Fix it or refund our money but they ignored our request! This is our last resource before we will take further action since our family are law related profession, just don't want to bring this business down unless they get their act together! I confirmed by text, no one showed, 6 hours later they rescheduled, I ask why didn't they show and they say they only hold appointments for 30 to minutes so I say they should probably say that in their confirmation request or call for day of appointments and they get smart with me. They chose the appointment time not me and I responded so sounds like an issue on thier end. read more

I call on a Tuesday evening, and Austin shows up within an hour. Listens to my fridge, asks if we had a power outage recently. Why yes we did. Immediately isolated the issue, and did not put me through replacing parts for profit. I honestly feel treated fairly. I was comfortable with Austin's presence in my home. And when I called the nicest young lady helped me set up the appointment. I have an appliance repair company for any future needs. Hard to find a company who believes the customer's needs come first. We had our Gas oven go our so we called based on a $50 coupon. They came out the next day and the repairman took no more than 30 minutee and ended up replacing the igniter. The problem is that they charged me ($322 including tax) At first I didn;t get an itemized bill so because I was charged so much and wanted to see for what, I asked for an itemized bill. When I received the bill it showed me that I paye more than twice what the igniter should cost and they charged me $210 labor. I asked if that was an hourly rate and was told that is the rete for the job. The repairman did a decent job and my oven works again but boy did I get ripped off. I would certainly recommend anyone thinking about hiring this company, get charges in advance and comparative shop. There's no way I got the value for all that I paid. read more

Thank you for your Honesty!! I called to see if you could fix my LG refrigerator and Linda told me that it could still be under warranty. I had another gentleman come out and he told me it would be $800 because the compressor was bad. I decided to call LG this morning and they told me that it's still under warranty so they're sending a technician out to fix it but had Linda from Your company not tell me that I would have probably spent $800 to fix it or more to buy a new refrigerator. We recently had a flood in our kitchen that effected appliances. I called Southwest Appliance repair and Monica set up an appointment for the next day. Right on time Matt arrived and went to work assess the problems. He was extremely knowledgeable and while my stove top could not be saved (because of its age and the parts not being manufactured anymore) we were able to save the dishwasher. Matt explained all the problems I had and why they were happening and advised me on my future purchase. I called Wednesday night around 9pm right before they closed and the girl on the phone was extremely pleasant and patient through my phone issues. I scheduled for Friday morning, considering I had been a week without a dryer, waiting two days didn't hurt. After reading great reviews on Google I was excited to have Austin in my home. He arrived on time and it didn't take him long to diagnose the issue and have it repaired within 30-40 minutes. The repair was more than I wanted to pay but cheaper than replacing the whole dryer and Austin offered me a $50 off coupon. He replaced the pulley or belt on my dryer and cleared out all the lint build up. I believe in paying for quality service that includes warranty and I was very satisfied with the service as a whole. My washer stopped working, so I gave Southwest Appliance a call. I was greeted by a friendly and professional lady who took my information and got me an appointment for the next day. (She offered to call if an opening came up that day, but I told her mine was not dire, the next day was fine). I was sent a text confirmation with phone number and time window. I was kept updated of a slight delay (30 minutes later than window time). Matt my technician arrived and greeted me with sincere plesantness. I told him what problem I had and he immediately went to work. He explained that he was going to start with the simplest and most common problem and then go from there. Fortunately, it was the simplest issue and he was able to get the washer working in less than 10 minutes. He cleaned a few things inside and explained exactly what the problem was, ran through a cycle and I was good to go. Wow! I'm very impressed with Southwest Appliance Repair. We had an issue with our washing machine and I was about ready to schedule an appointment online with another company when I stumbled upon some favorable online reviews of Southwest Appliance Repair and decided to give them a call. Not only was their service call less expensive, they offered me an appointment the next business day instead of me having to wait 4 days for the other company.
