When we first came into the store, Henry was so thorough in his explanation of the different features of the spa we were interested in purchasing. The electrician (Nick) and the landscape person who installed our patio extension(Jose) who were recommended to us by Henry and Jeremy were also terrific. Once we had the spa delivered, I had some questions about some of the features of the tub, chemicals, as well as a small issue with one of the diverters that was leaking. I drove over to Southwest Spa to speak to someone in person, and Jeremy was kind enough to take the time to answer my questions, and also instructed me how to fix the diverter leak when I got home, and it worked perfectly after that. Easy-peasy! Having our own spa at our home has been on my husband and my bucket list for YEARS. We are so happy we were finally able to make it happen with the assistance of Southwest Spas!

After a couple of weeks we decided on an R7 model and went in to order it which went very great. Spa was ordered and set for delivery. The delivery company did a great job and gave us easy to understand instructions on the care and upkeep. Now here is the "Above and Beyond".. A couple of handrails were missing from the delivery and the store manager made a special trip and came down early the very next morning to deliver and install the handrails... How great is that... We had ours delivered and then set in place a month later after the pavers were installed and organizing that went well too. We are very happy with our A7L and highly recommend it.

Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

What grinds my gears is the added $75.00 trip charge now in place. They did several hot tubes in my area and each of us paid the trip charge. So, they made an extra $150.00+ or more on the same trip. To me this almost price gouging. All of use where within 10 miles of each other, we are only 33.2 miles from the office. They have to drive farther to north Phoenix.
