Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

These guys have the best reviews, and now I know why. I just had my pool resurfaced with micro pebble, new sand filter, all new plumbing, new tile, lane tile markers and new LED lights. I went to their showroom and although I did not have an appointment, the owner personally showed me around and discussed all the different options I would want to consider. All my questions and concerns were promptly addressed by my coordinator Shawn. All my interactions were positive. Employees like Zach went above and beyond by fixing my pool auto leveler which had some debris in the line. They make so much money why would they honor what "sales" they supposedly have. The customer is never right god forbid. I could have gotten such a better deal on plants towards the back on stakes but i thought they would have honored their own deals for 6" hanging plants(signed all the way down the aisle) but nope not the case. I refuse to step foot from now on I'll pay the upcharge for better service at whitfill or summer winds.
