I wanted a full remodel, Deck, Pebble Tec, and Tile. Jake explained the process and gave me a competitive quote. This was on Wednesday, he started the project on Friday, two days later. The job was completed in less than nine days. He kept every promise and did a fantastic job. His crews were professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and cleaned up after each day of work. I can't say how impressed I was by his team. This is the way you always dream of a project to go, but there are always problems and delays. Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. One new breaker later and I am back up and running. Thanks Pelican for being good people and not just pushing products.

The guy taking care of it didn't know what he was doing. One week it's clear then the next he did something and it had a green tint. no idea what he's doing back there. But to charge me more than double and not to call me about it first is crazy. If you're treating pool and you mess up something it's not my fault. I shouldn't have to pay extra for someone not understanding how to treat the pool. i cancelled service and the owner won't call me back. Place is ran horribly.
