The food is great it just takes for ever. I waited 20 minutes for a pick up order that should have been ready. Last time I came in the restaurant to eat it took 25 minutes. They take on more then they can handle with delivery orders. The delivery order come priority to pick up and eat in orders. They need more staff to handle delivery dudes and Uber eats. read more

Great gyros here. I went with a group of people on a Friday night and they had a special gyro for $5.55 plus tax are you kidding me. This was cheaper the Burger King and McDonald's. I've eaten here two times. The food tastes amazing with a generous portion size! You can't go wrong with the Gyro Platter! Fresh vegetables with succulent pieces of gyro meat. The staff is both attentive and very warm. There is a very healthy to go business here with a steady stream of regulars based upon my observations. For dining at the restaurant there are quite a few comfortable tables inside with several outside as well. Take a moment to appreciate the photos of Greece on the walls and the cool painted Greek flag mural. The salad was good, asked sans onions, and forgot to ask without peppers.. my bad.. the dressing was well balanced and tasty, I would have LOVED to have more than the 4-5 olives since I LOVE olives,.. but i could have asked for more.. When I last came here I gave it a 5 stars but I recently went after a long exam at FAU. I was tired but totally graving some delicious Greek food. I always go to Souvlaki Fast on Tuesdays and Fridays for their $5.55 gyro special. This time it was still good but the services was awkward. It was very quiet and the cashiers were just complaining and gossiping about other coworkers and yadi yadi ya. I was sleep deprived and not really happy that I have to eat my lunch next to 2 complaining women. But other than the service, food was delicious. I always get their greek fries but not this time. I love their Greek fries more than the PBG location BUT PBG does have far better customer service, it feels more homey than this location. read more

Souvlaki is FAST...if you beat the lunch rush and order the beef/lamb gyro. Delicious pitas! I've come here a bunch of times for lunch. When I beat the lunch rush (i.e. no more than 2-3 people in front of you in line) and order the beef/lamb gyro, it's always been served out to me super quick. I think because they have the meat already ready. My friends have ordered the ribeye pita during the lunch rush multiple times, and usually receive it after I was done eating my beef/lamb gyro. It's a super popular spot, so be cognizant of the time of day you're going. Service is always friendly and fast, and the gyros are pretty darn great: the meet is juicy and they give you a good amount. They put just the right amount of tzatziki sauce in the pita, too. The best part, for me, when eating the pita is the end - it's a bittersweet feeling, because I wish there was more of the pita to eat...yet it's utterly satisfying to have eaten something so good. I love ending the meal by leaving just 1-2 pieces of beef/lamb meat in the gyro, wedged between a small section of pita bread adorned with the magical tzatziki. After eating the pita, I'm not entirely full and could eat more, but gladly satisfied. This is a very good feeling; I don't feel like I over ate. Plus it leaves room for baklava. Which by the way, their baklava is great too. Oh yeah, and the best part is $5 gyros on Tuesdays and Fridays! What?! Just go here already! read more

Souvlaki Fast is definitely the spot where I have found the best gyro in my time in SoFla. To begin with, they gyro is beef and lamb (the way it is supposed to be) as opposed to some other places (that cut corners by using all beef and filler). The staff is friendly and highly knowledgeable about what they serve. Portions are definitely satifiying, but the flavor is where it's at. I think my only gripe would be that the restaurant is a bit dated and could use some freshening up on decor and ambience. The food however is really good here. read more

I am so disappointed with this place. We've been coming here for ten years. Ten years. It has gotten increasingly worse as the years have gone on all to the point where tonight will be the last night my family and I ever order from this place. The staff has become increasingly rude as the years have gone on. They no longer regularly answer the phone for phone orders. The line will just ring and ring with no answer. You will be put on hold and never put off hold. We order the same exact thing every single time we order. Tonight I place my order via phone and walk in to pick it up and it isn't correct. Both orders were supposed to be combos (w fries and drink) and only one comes with it. I review the receipt and sure enough we were only given one combo. I spoke to the woman at the cash register and she said it's too late the tab was already rung out. That is how customers of ten years are treated. Such a disappointing experience to see this place turn from something great to a place of sour employees. Will not be returning here ever again, very disappointed in this place. Hope a better restaurant with nicer employees will come in and replace it soon. read more

One of our favorite places for ordering in. However, last night they just blew us away. We were have a bunch of people coming over and wanted to do something different. We brought in two trays of skewers (comes with all the fixing to make gyros) and a Greek Salad tray. Huge hit. And incredibly priced. The best part? I just had some leftovers for brunch. read more
