The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because he was 30 minutes late for the appointment and I had to call the owner. He explained that he was new to the area, which I totally get and the traffic can be bad.

With that said, this place is very unprofessional. This is the 2nd time we've made an appointment only to have it cancelled within an hour of the appointment. The 2nd time they they had us reschedule to a different day because they couldn't make it out at the scheduled time even though they were open for 6 more hours. On the rescheduled day they cancelled an hour before the appointment because she said her boss Shonda didn't want her driving around past 4pm????? So again our appointment meant nothing while they advertise being available until 7pm. They asked if we wanted to reschedule, this would be the 3rd time. Declined, and will go with someone who can keep an appointment. We would get a basic cut/wash and never tip anything less then $20 on a $60 bill, only to get the run around and rescheduled each time. Don't be fooled by this place and their "5 star" reviews, the people that left good reviews(with the exception of one) have reviewed this ONE place(kind of sketchy) most likely they are friends of the owner or got a free cut/wash for a good review. Don't waste your time or money if you don't want to be waiting around all day to be told you have to reschedule, only to be rescheduled again. Ottos is difficult to get an appointment but at least they stick to them, which is who i will use from now on.

Our dog has some fear aggression from being a rescue, but in Las Vegas, we never had issues with grooming. They always used a muzzle and took their time. Here, every groomer refused to use a muzzle and ended up getting bit, even when we begged them to use it. He got banned from multiple places. And then we found Sydnee and she didn't give up on him. She took things slow, took it one step at a time, and every groom he had he got a little more comfortable with her. We almost lost hope until we found her. Now, we are able to finally get the perfect cut we always hoped for again! She's pricier than most in the area, but she knows what she can offer you. As long as you're diligent about making your follow ups, your grooms will go a long way. And she even meets us at our house now even though we were previously out of service area!
