He also took his time and didn't rush the trim which I feel contributed to Isaac's overall well being. After the trim Isaac was relaxed and had zero stress symptoms, physical or mental. So finding a self contained mobile groomer was a real plus. A full service groom for her. She had extra time so we got our second dog got a bath and brush. And our third dog, not to be left out, got her nails trimmed. Definitely gonna call these guys again. They were on time and thorough. For those services for three 70+ # dogs was $215 including gratuity. Gonna call them soon for our third dog to have a bath. She'll love it.

My aussie got her first heat cycle at 8 months and I was told she was allowed back in a few weeks once her cycle was complete. She was attending day care and training sessions a couple times a week. Unfortunately, I had some other personal matters come up and will be moving so I asked for a refund. They will not offer a refund on services and offered store credit instead. Okay, fine. I scheduled a weekend boarding to use up my remaining credit and I get a text this morning asking if my dog was spayed, if not she was not allowed to return. I understand the need for the policy but I was never made aware and was told previously by a staff member it was not necessary. I am not in a position to get her spayed right now, plus I am moving states next month. They still refuse to offer a refund of nearly $300. That is a good chunk of money that apparently they intend to keep. Doesn't matter that store credit never expires, I will not be able to use it. They made a mistake with lack of employee knowledge on policies and refuse to right their mistake and now stealing my money. This is wrong. I was emailing the owner back and forth and I am disappointed with their handling of this situation. I had my dog groomed and bathed on 2 separate occasions and she came back with mats and not dried properly. Some staff members were very standoffish and unwelcoming at drop off. There is no access to cameras and I was denied access to the facility to see where my precious pup would be. I do not recommend this facility.

I got a ridiculous response something about how my dog was not allowing her to blow dry her and therefore she could not properly cut her. She ignored my request to comfort my scared, shaking dog during the nail trim. I tried to soothe my dog with my voice and Martine told me my "high pitched voice" wasn't helping. A bit rude. She was fast and clearly experienced but did not attempt to make me or my scared dog feel comfortable, even despite my requests. Maybe this style works for some dogs and people. It was a very unpleasant experience for my sweet Josie and for me. I hate to post a bad review, maybe she was having a bad day. When we left, I heard her warmly greet her next client. Not sure why we didn't get that warmth or friendliness. I wouldn't recommend her and I won't be going back.
