Already off to a terrible start. The massage: I had the 60 min massage. the lady that did my massage was named Cindy. 10/10 did a fantastic job. I wish she had asked me in the beginning if I prefer a lighter or more firm massage, but she remembered in the middle so that was nice. Also, she takes feedback well, I pointed out a the locations of a few knots in my back and she always made sure to go back and give the areas extra attention In Conclusion: I had a fantastic massage. Thankfully the abruptness of the front desk lady didn't affect the rest of my appt. Also, be aware that if you use your credit card, they charge you a "tax" of $5.25 so with tip I ended up paying 25% but a good massage place is hard to find, so whatever, I'll still come back lol

Most recently the massage therapist kept taking the machine from the man who was checking me out, cancelling my transaction every time I selected 15% to restart it so I would select 20%. Please ensure that clients are treated with the utmost sensitivity surrounding cuticles. I know mistakes happen, but in this case there was a complete disregard after cutting up my hands where blood was visible specifically because she was improperly holding the filing drill and had it on a high speed setting.
