The worst nail salon experience of my life!! I'm usually not difficult to please, but this was awful, and they demanded a tip at the end despite my dissatisfaction with the service. I had to change my color three times despite their limited selection, they claimed most of their polishes "weren't good" and made me select from around 20 "new colors." All I wanted was a red mani pedi! Next to no cuticle work was done and my hands or feet, and my manicure turned out super bumpy. The 10 minute massage they charged me $15 for consisted of about 5 minutes of actual massage and the rest was spent completing the pedicure. They were unkind throughout the service and upcharged me several times for add-ons that did not warrant it. When I only tipped $10 (which I had to do through Venmo), I was yelled at in front of the salon. Lots of better salons in the area, avoid this place at all costs. read more

This place is empty for a reason. While it is incredibly clean and pristine on the inside, that's where it ends. The manicure and pedicure are over price and some of the fastest service I've ever received my entire life. Wendy, who did my nails was done with my manicure and pedicure within 45 minutes. Other people who are getting similar services we're done quickly as well. She did not take care on painting my nails. I even had to have her repaint them, as she did not carefully do my nails. I'm not someone who likes to write negative reviews -that out of the way, but I am so disappointed at my last visit with my husband. I treated him to a pedicure and expected to have a joyous time. Unfortunately, because of the experience at this experience, my husband no longer wants to do a pedicure ever again. They person cut his skins off with the foot file, about larger than a quarter. Imagine sitting there and having your skin scraped off. The person helping him did try to put some cloth and surround wrap to stop the heavy bleeding. I was getting my manicure so I had no knowledge of this until I got home. He finished before me, left, and asked me to pay - he was in shock, pain and went straight to the store to buy bandages. I wished I would have know so I wouldn't have paid full price. Full price for possible infection, stay away! He's still in pain even after 4 days. read more

Lovely decor, but be ready for a shakedown. My tech, Dan, was very rude. She used the wrong SNS color on my nails then argued with me when I pointed out the error. When I put my finished nails against the color I had asked for...it was very clearly not the right color and was almost a perfect match to the color next to it. Instead of offering any kind of apology that my nails did not turn out the color I had requested, she blamed it on my thick nail beds. I still paid full price and left her a cash tip on the table. She still had the nerve to shake me down for a tip when she took my credit card to the front and ran it. The encounter was completely unprofessional and rude. I am also a bit confused as to why I was told to sit under the nail dryer for my SNS dip, as that is not a product that requires drying. One of the ad points is the zero dry time. My friend got a basic manicure and was asked for payment plus tip prior to nail polish application. It is a shame our experience was so negative as the location was beautiful and very clean. read more

This place is epic! Went here for the first time and I have to start by saying the atmosphere is beautiful and serene. Everything looked very clean & you can tell cleanliness is a top priority. I got a gel manicure which cost $45, a bit more expensive than other places but the attention to detail and the ambiance is worth it in my opinion. There is a wide array of polish colors for gel manicure which I appreciate compared to other salons. Angel did my nails and she did a marvelous job, she was kind, attentive and didn't rush the job. They even have chargers for iPhones at each station, nice touch! Heads up There will be a couple dollar up charge if you use your card instead of cash. The decor inside is beautiful, and I thought it was great that all the gel colors were displayed so you don't have to do the awkward thing of looking through colors on a keychain. But the price was almost double what is typical for the area, and my gel manicure was chipped on the majority of my nails 4 days later. I think it may have been because the polish was old. It was kind of sticking, and the person went and got a new brush to use for it because the one in the bottle was hardened. Maybe I should have stopped her and said I wanted to choose another polish, but it wound up being a huge waste of money. read more

What a great find! I've had three services here, three separate visits with all different technicians, and feel that the quality is consistent. I most recently had a gel manicure - it was $40, which felt steep to me - but this was a really beautiful job, and it lasted me almost two weeks with virtually no lifting at the corners; I say almost, because I had to take care of a home repair project today that of course did some damage...though it really held up remarkably well! I had given up on gel because it never seemed to last more than a week for me at other places (I work with my hands too much, and once there's one chip I can't leave them alone), but this may have changed my mind! This place is clean, calm and just a lovely atmosphere to truly relax in. Every technician is warm and friendly, and I really appreciate that they don't push you with up-sells. I always feel taken care of - someone will notice if I get up from the drying station too early, even if they didn't do my nails personally, and will suggest I sit a few minutes longer. COVID-19 wise: Everyone is masked and fully vaccinated, and they take temperatures and require hand sanitizer upon entry. AVOID. I get a manicure monthly if not twice a month. I decided to try this place because it is close to my work. My pedicure went well but that was the end of my enjoyment here. If the poor shaping of my nails wasn't enough (after asking her to fix every nail and ruining the length I worked so hard to grow out) I had ripples in each nail. I told them I was not happy with my gel manicure and their response was to take it off and start again. As if I wanted to ruin my entire nail bed? Please trust this review. The person who provided my services worked very quickly and spoke throughout my mani and pedi with other employees. I've come here a few times and otherwise had a great experience. Easy to book, manicures last a while, and prices are reasonable. However, the most recent time I went he did a terrible job. I am sure it didn't help that while he filed my nails, he was looking away and even making phone calls. My nails are uneven and the top is rough (they are already snagging) - that is after I already requested to have it fixed. I will be filing my nails myself to smooth out the top and hopefully won't ruin what's left of the manicure. To update. It's been two hours and two nails are already chipped. First time here - immaculately clean and fairly efficient operation - they were a bit light on staff but it was a Monday at 5:30 PM so no worries there. All items were individually wrapped/sanitized and it's obvious that the owners and managers take a great deal of pride in their workplace and in their work. Manicure and pedicure were completed efficiently and even their more deluxe "spa pedicure" packages appeared to be priced fairly competitively. So. Good. Never been here, my bestie booked me for a pedicure which turned into a gateway drug for a full self care day. Mani pedi and massage all great and 3 weeks later my pedi is still perfect. I've gone here because it's close to where I live but they have consistently done a terrible job. I get gel and I walk out with it not looking clean and will chip a day or 2 later. I've been to other nail salons where my nails look good and the gel lasts for weeks. For the amount I am spending over here, it should not be such an awful experience. I initially started going here in the summer of 2021 and appreciated their cleanliness and respect for COVID safe protocols. The facility is clean, quiet, and has soft lighting throughout. It feels more like a spa than your average bright white salon. I usually go for a spa pedicure and gel manicure. Dropped in here for my first manicure since COVID. I went with a power manicure because I'm hoping it will last me through a wedding and a trip. Leo saw me immediately (mid-day on a Thursday) and did a really great job! He was very careful, through and friendly. I came here for a dip powder manicure at 5:00. I am just now leaving. They do not use a nail drill, only a regular nail file, and for some reason they remained in a perpetual cycle of adding more powder, then filing it off, and then adding more powder. I have gotten maybe 100 powder manicures and it has never taken so long for it to turn out so average. The decor is lovely and the person doing my nails seemed to be a real perfectionist, which I appreciated. I enjoyed that they gave me a hand massage and applied lotion after my nails were dry, as dip powder can sometimes make my nails and hands feel dry. At the end, I was charged $65 for my manicure. $45 for a regular dip manicure, which is already quite expensive, and then $20 for adding tips. I appreciate that adding tips is an additional expense and also added work, however I have never been charged more than $5 for the addition of a nail extension or tip. All in all my experience was fine, however certainly too expensive for the quality of service. read more
