Spoke with Nathan who would be my therapist. explained all the problem areas on my ancient carcass, issues, etc. he not only listened but explained in lay terms what might be going on. I booked the 90-minute, as 60 minutes always ends too soon. Unlike previous "deep tissue" massages at some other, I did not fall asleep. Nathan kept me engaged and feelin' the burn. I started coming here for the lymphatic massages after a surgery and decided to buy a facial package and discovered the amazing Anastacia! I started seeing her back in November and I had severe cystic acne on my neck. After my first facial she told me to send her a picture of all of the products I was using and she made me a detailed skin care routine and told me what I should hold off on until my acne clears up and what is ok to still use. A month and a half later, my neck has cleared up and my face has never looked better. I've never had a provider take so much time after the session to answer my questions, create a routine, etc. 100% recommend if you are looking for a esthetician in SF. I'd been going to Spa J'adore for ages. If you read some of the older reviews, there's mention of a masseuse that was loosey goosey with his draping. I experienced the same so stopped coming. Once I learned he was gone and new ownership had come in, I decided to give them a try again and I cannot speak highly enough of the new ownership. The spa itself has been spruced up a bit and services expanded. I had a little hiccup today (through no fault of theirs) and Anastasia was super nice and accommodating. I would certainly recommend their services and if you buy a package, their prices can't be beat. read more

I can't speak to the other areas, my treatment room was cozy and being the penthouse, has great views. The service was about a hour. I saw a dramatic change in my skin that same week. The peel was perfect from my new skin to the process. She provided me with serum, cream, and sunscreen samples to take and continue to treat my skin in the following days. I appreciated the services and was happy with the results. I would return for this service as it was effective and time efficient. Got a Groupon deal for here and saw the wonderful reviews so decided to give it a try. Booking was a bit difficult. I called 3 times a day for a few days before finally getting through. Their voicemail is also full so it was required calling back repetitiously to get the appointment. But once that was said and done, the massage experience was great. It is on the top floor of a building, which means it has a lovely view from their balcony where you can drink tea or water after the massage. The space is set up really nicely indoors with a beautiful reception. The massage bed is very padded which is wonderful. I had Sammy as my massage therapist. She was fantastic! She rubbed out all of my knots and provided very deep tissue massage while also easing up when the pressure was too much. She rubbed and tended to muscles and knots I didn't know existed. I came in for a one hour massage from Groupon. It was a great deal at $61 or so. I did make sure to tip at the end as well! I had to call to schedule an appointment, online booking would have been nice. They said they have a two day cancellation policy. Finding the place was easy enough. I was excited to be on the top floor of the building and check out their balcony area! It's a relaxing spot with a bunch of seating, pillows, and fake grass lol. Inside waiting lobby is nice. I was able to hydrate before and after my massage with the nice water machine - the cold water was nice and cold! Which I personally appreciate. I wish there were someone to greet me when I arrived at the lobby. I came in a few minutes early and no one said hi to me or had me check in. This was a Friday for a 1:30pm appointment. Eventually, Latsamy aka Sammy came to get me and lead me directly to the massage room. It was relaxing and she was able to apply firm repetitious strokes to my tense trapezoid hahaha. She said she worked it out lol ya free the traps! The lack of front desk person did interrupt my massage as well- someone came in and since no one could speak to them, Sammy came out to help them. She did give me extra time at the end to make up for that time, but it still interrupted the vibe! Lol ideally one should get 60 minutes of undivided and peaceful massage time. Besides that the place was clean and cute, including my massage room. Sammy was very nice and funny and took care of me - I enjoyed her massage and felt so much better after! read more

First, I want to say that the ambience here is nice. The plastic flamingos were a little bit confusing though. I'm not sure if they add to the decor or take from it... The service here is quite nice and it smells like lavender in the spa. The rooms are comfortable, but I do have one gripe... the beds were not heated. That was a real bummer. The massage is very nice and relaxing. The ladies here know what they're doing, but it would be nice if there was a little bit less talking during the massage. Also, my friend with very curly hair, said that she did not appreciate her masseuse playing in her hair. I understand that it was a scalp massage, but it's common sense not to do too much scalp work on a person with curly hair. All that aside, if you can ignore the occasional homeless person yelling from the street, you get your moneys worth in this spa. read more

So good I ended up purchasing a trio set of 90 minutes for the current sale price of $320! 12 months to expire from purchase date, but I'll most likely come back before that! Let's get into it! I was calling around trying to find a same day massage because I just worked a rough 7 days at work 80+ hrs standing on my feet. I work a kitchen job so it can be extremely strenuous on the body. I called, and the receptionist was a really nice guy who checked to see the next availability. He said I could come in 2 hours! This place is located on the penthouse suite. Requires getting off the 16th floor & walking up a set of stairs to the 17th floor. It made my cousin & I think it isn't easily accessible for people using wheelchairs. We were kindly greeted by the receptionist & he let us check out the view outside while we awaited our massage therapist to set up our rooms. I have a lot more to say about how awesome this experience was for me. CRYSTAL was absolutely amazing. I came in for a 90 minute Swedish massage. I kneaded this to help get all those knots out of my back, neck, tension on my scalp, calves & glutes. Crystal really helped guide my through the tension of relaxing my muscles! She is an absolute miracle worker. She also gave a lot of advice on how to prevent further injury from side sleeping & arm stiffness. She was super informative & I honestly started running up and down the stairs at work the very next day & took my dog for a jog. I highly recommend her & this spa!! I actually told a bunch of my coworkers too! I never write many reviews, but Crystal made this experience worth it.
