Justin came over, not only showed me what the problem was, suggested that I didn't need the part just yet. showed me a few things to get it working correctly without the part (it a very old hot tub) and then proceeded to educate me on hot tub maintenance etc... and told me where I could get cheap parts and materials. Spa pros and Justin are amazing!! I had a older spa that a previous company had really done a poor job on. Justin came in, assessed what was going on told me I didn't need to purchase a brand-new spa, that he could fix it. After installing a new spa pack, it works like new ! He arrived when he said he would,and cleaned up after the job. He is honest and hardworking and does a great job with customers. I had called several other companies, some never bothered to return my call. Spa Pro's was the easiest to communicate with, did what they said they were going to do, and now I have a working spa. Justin also taught me a lot about how to care for my spa at the repair appointment. I found Spa Pros by walking into a local pool supply store to ask if they knew someone. I have gone been back to tell them how great the experience was and how much I appreciate the referral. Justin at Spa Pros ROCKS! He was the 3rd guy that came to check my pool. The first guy replaced some little part and said it was fixed but it wasn't. The second guy told me I needed an $800 part AND that the gas line was messed up. Before shelling out the $800, I decided to get another opinion, so I called Justin who charged me $45 for diagnostic and found a loose wire. The $800 part was fine, there was just a loose wire to that part. Can you believe that??? I would have spent $800 plus labor to replace a part that was totally fine! I suspected that my circulation pump was bad in my Hot Springs Jetsetter spa. I got the Spa Pros # from another pool repair guy. The technician came out the next day (as scheduled) and diagnosed the problem in about 5 min. He was very honest and did offer to replace the pump with one of their in stock pumps, but wasn't at all pushy about it and was even helpful in recommending some DIY options. The service call only costs $49 and if I have them come back and install the pump they said they would just charge for the install (not another service charge), nice. Was very happy with the service and honesty. Will definitely use them again if this pain in the ass spa acts up again (as I'm sure it will). - Jamie read more

First of all, I don't know at all what happened with the other post, all I can say is that the experiences I have had with Spa Pro's is second to none. After 3 other companies, Spa Pro's did it right, unfortunately for the 4th time, but the first time for them! They were on time, on price, and excellently clean and thorough. They even fixed air hose and bubble issues I didn't know I had - included!!! The only comment I'll make on the other post - only idiots compare prices of something from the internet to a service provider, and then say they are being ripped off. Sure, I could have save 10-15% on parts if I bought them online, but then what installer or company would ever warranty them? Just because some online company is unloading retail $100 parts for 80% off, and you end up getting them for about 1/2, is normal. Idiots don't realize that service providers are in business to make money, not give it away! Again, I don't know anything about any other details...the online thing just hit me wrong... If you want it done right - Spa Pro's - if you want to gamble - go to Vegas!! read more

I called Spa Pros to come out and see if they could fix my leaky spa. This was the fourth leak I've had in the last 10 months. Justin came out and gave me an honest assessment of my aging spa and let me know he could fix it, but it wouldn't be the last leak I would see in this spa. Now I need to decide if I want to keep dealing with this spa or if it's time for a new one. Either way, I'll be in touch with Justin with next spa problem I have. read more

As soon as my husband explained to Justin the issue he was having with our in ground spa, he knew immediately what was causing the problem and cleared rust and other debris fouling the jets. We thought we had a much worse problem because the spa heater was actually over- heating due of this blockage. We had plumbers over before who were ready to dig up the cement to get to the pipes to check for any debris (which would have been very costly). Thank you, Justin!! Spa pros were great. I will use them again and have recommended Justin to my friends. Our spa heater was not working. Justin came over, on time and said the heater needed to be replaced. The same heater was no longer available. Justin recommended a new heater which fit in the old heaters place and he did a good job with the installation. In response to your post. Once again your assessment is all wrong, After the initial appointment it was very difficult to secure and appointment with you. Fist off the spa was FULL at the time of the first visit, not empty as you say. I purposefully left it full so that the technician could see the leak. True I asked only for the leak to be fixed at the time of the first visit (was that is why i called initially). because felt that your quote of almost $70 dollars a bit high for a small piece of plastic for the jets I was told needed replacing along with the leak. Luckily i held off on the jets and checked on line and found them for $9.95. Same part as I was quoted by your company. After being lied to about this the first time, I should have known better and not continued service with your company. Luckily I have the receipts to prove this, (that I was grossly over-charged, I also have the web-sites where you can order the parts). Same goes for the pump. Your receipts says $500.00 for the pump. No mention, note or written word that that includes a labor charge (which I repeat I would have been happy to pay if you all had simply said included this in your quote or verbally told me). Again the pump is less then half the price you quoted me on line. Same pump, and brand that you quoted. I can't understand why you keep saying "I must be misunderstood." Regarding the labor charge. The receipt from you guys that is sitting before me, says NOTHING about a labor charge, and it most certainly was not explained to me! Further the technician challenged me saying to "google it", insinuated I was getting a good deal and that he was doing it basically for free. Which at this point I'm feeling pretty scammed and that maybe your company should be doing this for free. The technician even told me that not he himself (not other companies as you say) had recently installed two pumps for $1400.00 recently. I was told I could LEAVE the spa full after the initial seal was fixed, even though the pump seal was determined to be leaking. Obviously I would have had no problem draining it. I was told I had a few months before this became a problem. I would have had it fixed right then, but due to being lied at about the jet seals previously I wanted to check on line. about the cost of the jet seals. At this point I feel so ripped off and angry, I highly doubt my pump even need to be replaced at all. After all it was working fine before your company got involved. And I was told on the second to last visit that the pump was fine. I remember the technician saying, "your lucky it's not the pump, because that would be expensive." What went wrong between those visits. Hmmmmm. I'm assuming the same thing that went wrong all the visits before. More things needed to be replaced that never did in the first place. I wouldn't even trust your company to return and fix my spa for free at this point..I feel like I should be re-reimbursed for the money I spent in your fixing the fist leak, and for the mess your company made, fixing or replacing the pump that I doubt is broken at all and is laying in pieces on the floor, as well as the time wasted for not being able to use my spa all summer The bottom line is, you can't argue with facts.I got scammed, lied to and taken advantage of, ripped off, and I have the receipts and witnesses, and websites to prove it. .,..oh, and a broken spa!!! read more

We have been using Spa Pros for 3 years now. Justin comes and always gives us honest, very affordable and prompt service. Once, our hot tub broke, we had to make a claim from our insurance company. The said insurance company sent their person to fix the problem. However, to ensure the tub is safe, we asked Justin to come and inspect the insurance company's job. Justin found that the material they used was below industry standards and UNSAFE (we could have been electrocuted while in the tub). The insurance company had to come back and fix their bad job. We are so grateful to Justin and Spa Pros. Now we just bought a second-hand spa from Craigslist and we had Justin inspect it before buying, and install it in our yard. Our spa stopped working. Called a few places and Spa Pros called right back (neither of the other two ever did.) We set up an appointment within a few days of my call. Justin came out, worked with my husband, offered a couple of solutions that ended up saving us money. After believing it was fixed, it stopped working again. Justin took my & my husband's phone calls happily and helped us/him determine the problem. He had his office call my husband to schedule another appointment to get it fixed once and for all, which was done at no extra charge. Both Misty and Justin have been very professional and honest. Their prices are competitive and the work is always done right the first time. Justin is more than willing to spend as much time as you need and answers all your questions so you understand what the problem is. He doesn't rush through a job. I just got off the phone with Misty of spa pros and I am NOT a happy camper. This is the 3rd time I've use them and after the 2nd time, I should have left them alone. They tried to sell me more expensive control box which i declined. It seems as though every time..every time they repair one thing something else goes wrong but they assume no responsibility for it. My secondary pumps were not working so I called to get fixed. After the diagnosis of the non working pumps. some thing was disconnect to let spa work without pumps. Well something was not capped and the water drained out. They came back and filled the spa and said it should work now. NOT WORKING. when I called this morning Misty said, "I told you to buy the Balboa whatever 2 years ago." In other words, you shit out of luck. won't be using them ever again. EVER!!! read more
