What a relaxing experience! First of all, the decor is gorgeous and very soothing, and the atmosphere puts you in the right mind for your spa experience. They offer some time beforehand to enjoy their infrared spa or relax in the lounge with some tea or water. I had a facial done with Edyta and she was very nice and knowledgable. We discussed my skin and it's needs and she explained everything she was doing, giving pointers on breathing techniques and skin care. I've been here 3 times the first time was amazing but then of course it was my first time at a stand alone spa and not at a hotel. Downside they have the worst customer service possible when it comes to confirming and booking reservations. I prefer to call. So when I call goes to voicemail and when they call me it just becomes a tangled mess. I called this morning on the off chance they'd have availability because I'd heard such great things. By the afternoon I was getting one of the most amazing massages ever. The prenatal massage is so perfect! The decor, aroma, lighting, everything about the environment at this spa is amazing and relaxing, I didn't want to leave! And they don't rush you out either. Spa Sundara has amazing customer service. After a hectic day at work, I accidentally arrived 30 minutes late for my actual appointment, but 30 minutes early for the time I had made up! They had even called to tell me the time the day before! I felt horrible, and was completely willing to pay the cancellation fee. They allowed me to reschedule my appointment at no cost even though it was completely my fault. I can't wait for my rescheduled appointment. read more

I love this spa! I immediately felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. It's clean, comfortable and the atmosphere feels really luxurious... however, the prices aren't crazy. I moved to Tampa about 3.5 years ago and have been hearing great things about this place since I moved. I finally had my first facial about a month ago (with Caroline) and it was AMAZING. I immediately booked another one and went again last week and saw Edyta (the owner). Both of these women were lovely and their facials were incredible - they have slightly different techniques and styles, but I loved both experiences. In addition, the spa is designed beautiful with a very zen-like atmosphere and an inviting relaxation room. The staff is absolutely wonderful and very helpful. And Edyta herself is absolutely lovely - so kind and warm. I can't speak to the other services but RUN and get yourself a facial here! (And if the other services are even 1/2 as good as the facial, they'll be worth every penny too.) read more

What an awesome experience. This was my first time getting a massage and if I only knew what I was missing I would of done it years ago. My only complaint if I have to give one is the parking. Parking here can be a bit of a hassle but the actually massage experience is well worth it. I went with the hot stones massage treatment that was recommended to me by an acquaintance of mine. The front desk staff was very friendly. As soon as I entered I was welcomed in and immediately taken to the back. I arrived 15 minutes early. They showed me where the waiting room was and where I can change out of my clothes and into there nice warm robes. The waiting room was very nice. Ambiance set the mood of relaxation and there is an array of teas you can drink from that are really good. I waited for about 15 minutes before I was greeted by my therapist. She was very friendly and perfessional; she had a small consultation with me to find out if I had any focus points I wanted to be worked on before starting. The beds are heated and can be adjusted if you ask. The experience was mind blowing. I gave her a scale of how much pressure I wanted and she stayed true throughout the whole session. The oils she used smelled wonderful and the stones felt smooth to the skin. She focused on the spots I wanted hit and worked on the rest of my body as well. I have zero complaints, sbe didnt skip spots or spend a small amount of time on portions of my body. Each spot was hit very well from head all the way to toes and left me feeling very relaxed when the session was over. What I liked most was that there was no vibe that I was being rushed. I got my full session of 90 minutes and I think a little more based on when I left. Over experience was amazing. It was my first time getting a massage and I plan to come here again next time now that I know what I have been missing. I think I'll try the Swedish massage next. Thanks Spa Sudeva. :) read more

As soon as I walked into Spa Sundara, I knew I was in for a treat. The aroma and the dim lighting of the spa was enough to make me feel completely relaxed. Originally I went in for the Lavender Healing Facial, but soon after my skin was assessed, she told me what I really needed was the Blue Lotus Acne Treatment. I would recommend this facial to anyone who suffers from acne or has acne scarring. The facial products used in my facial smelled or herbs and cranberries. I will soon be coming back to Spa Sundara, and recommending this spa to all my friends. read more
