Linda was able to work us into her schedule and came by on the weekend to bathe and groom our longhaired dachshunds, Vince and Coco. Her cute and clean van rolled up and she took the time to meet and greet the dogs while getting to know them and their needs (Vince has recently become low, to no vision and that's why we went mobile with his grooming needs. Linda is wonderful! I liked the idea of a mobile groomer (so convenient!). She always tries to work with my schedule; she's friendly and great at what she does. Clean, modern facilities, top quality tools and bathing supplies. She did a fantastic job on my 11 yr.-old Pug and 5 year old toy Maltipoo. They both looked so clean and smelled great too. I can tell from the Pug's smile that she feels all fresh and clean too. She even gave the dogs a massage. I recommend you try her out. Linda did a great job with Miyo, as I was there first hand to see it. She was very careful with shaving him because of all the matted hair. She manually removed the matted hairs that was to close to the skin, which is tough, because she didn't want to risk hurting Miyo by using the razor on those. But then she sent me this agreement to sign. Could not bring myself to sign it. Basically she puts all responsibility on the pet owner. Seems to me a business owner should adequately insurance themselves. I am not in the van to see what happens, to what could conceivably precipitate a bite or property damage.
