I actually had to ask Scott for business cards as I was writing down his information for these folks so often. I purchased in the spring of 2023, more than two and a half years later, if I have a question, Scott, will stop by. I had heard of permanent lights but never actually "witnessed" them. I didn't know I needed them, until I viewed a video of a relative's Memorial Day party, then I knew I had to have these lights. I am not an impulse buyer, either! That day, I called for quotes from two different companies. I went with JELLYFISH PERMANENT LIGHTING, as these were the lights I saw in action. I loved that they were invisible during the day. BRIGHTHOUSE LIGHTING really impressed me and our relative was very pleased with his lights and with Scott. I am not at all computer savvy, as I am retired from the work place for over ten years, and tech kind of passed me by. I'm not a cell phone user (again, tech challenged) either but after Scott, showed me, even I can navigate the JELLYFISH PERMANENT LIGHTING system on my phone. There are thousands of patterns that are pre-arranged by holiday, special effects, or themes. There are Facebook groups where people post videos of their homes including the custom patterns they created. Most importantly though, the customer service I have received from Scott at BRIGHTHOUSE LIGHTING is extraordinary. We had problems with our internet due to cable issues. We had to change our WI-FI name and our lights needed to be rebooted (simple task, but I didn't have a clue). Scott came out and in a minute, problem solved. JELLYFISH PERMANENT LIGHTING updates their apps frequently, constantly giving you additional brilliant settings. I was having an issue one day and didn't realize I needed to update my app...again Scott to the rescue! This system is so affordable. You could "light up" only the front of the house or the entire house, deck and garage. The possibilities are endless and the results stunning.
