There were 7 different sliders to try, which seemed like a smarter option than eating a whole burger, but I only chose to try 2. The Roadhouse slider had bacon, onion straws, melted cheese and bbq sauce and was extremely good. The other one was a Cow Guy Burger, which was topped with bacon jam, melted cheese, parmesan slaw, onion straws and bbq sauce. Although they had somewhat similar ingredients they tasted very different. The Cow Guy Burger was messier to eat, but equally as good. At the time we left the festival, this truck was in first place as the crowd favorite. I hope they won, as they were extremely good. Staff was pleasant and patient, prices were reasonable and everything was run efficiently. Hope to see them at another festival.

In today's age of fast food that seems to be sitting under a food warmer and being prepared long before you order, there is an unrealistic expectation that a food truck will spit your order out in a minute or two. I played on my phone for a while and was delighted when my name was called. The meat was perfectly seasoned and there was no skimping on the portions. The liberal amount of sauce on top added to the tastiness (and most definitely the messiness) of this dish. I'm hoping this food truck comes back soon.
