I was pretty nervous when the time came because I'm not great with needles and I also didn't want to end up with over the top results. Maria was very patient and gentle and put my fears to rest. She made sure to answer all of my questions and I had her complete attention during the appointment. This is my first negative Yelp review and the experience at this place was just terrible and disappointing. I went to skin consultation for C+B but was told I was the perfect candidate for VIVACE. I then purchased the VIVACE package at the end of 2021 with $2100 pre-paid. I trusted the place a lot and got all the recommended products, but when I went back for my Vivace treatment, they first cancelled my appointment with the reason that the provider not being able to perform the treatment. Then Clara? helped me get the appointment with a different provider but when I arrived they told me I'm no longer suitable for this and asked me to get other services at full price. I was sold by the VIVACE service and got the package price, but now they told me the balance cannot be refunded and I need to either buy product or other service at Full price to use my balance?! I also noticed now you can not make the appointment for VIVACE online and I'm now worried about doing so too. Then what should I do with my $1500 credit???! The front desk was also very rude said I shouldn't book my appointment online should always call them.. then why there is this online marking appointment option??! read more

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment for dermaplaning at 5:30pm and an appointment for laser genesis at 5:45pm right after. I was stuck in traffic and called at 5:27pm to say I was going to be about 10 minutes late, and the lady responded saying that's okay because there's a 10 minute grace period. I got to Spaderma at 5:43pm when the front desk told me they will not take me because I'm 3 minutes past the grace period. I told them it was only 3 minutes, can they skip the dermaplaning and just do the laser genesis? She responded saying no because I was late and now the machine is in use - which doesn't make sense since my laser appointment started at 5:45pm and it was 5:43pm. She didn't mention when I called that if I was past the exact 10 minutes that I wouldn't be able to be seen for my appointment. I was stuck in 40 minutes of traffic, paid for parking and was still sent home because I was 3 minutes past. I will finish my package and never go back. read more

Treatment was a breeze with the whole process taking a little under a half hour. The sensation of the laser could be sharp, but she knew how to use the equipment and cooling gels to minimize any discomfort. Please note that this is a review of aservice versus a review of the facility. Facility and staff are great. I had laser genesis done for underlying redness. I wanted to provide a review to others who are considering the procedure. Results obviously vary per client, but this service exacerbated my facial redness significantly. My checks will suddenly get red hot and become bright red. Not symptomatic to working out, stress etc. It just comes and goes at random. Never had this issue before the laser genesis procedure. I obviously followed her here because I absolutely love her overall style and technique. I have had laser performed by several others but Ewelina Z. is the most targeted and efficient. I get the most amazing results as she never misses a spot and knows the right settings for my skin type. I have also had facials and microdermabrasion with her and her technique is amazing. I really cannot speak highly enough about the service and staff at Spa Derma! I found them on groupon for a laser package and when I went in for my first appointment they had a NP do a brief exam after I filled out their questioner and consent forms. I work in health care so that really impressed me and made me feel much more comfortable about their facility. Everyone who works at the front desk is extremely friendly and efficient every time I come in. Michelle has been my technician since I started my treatment which is great that we have gotten to build a relationship and there is consistency with who each client works with. They have wonderful hours and plenty of accessible parking. All of this is in addition to how successful my laser treatment has been! I came in to get injections in June of last year and it was the best choice I ever made!
