I tried this place when they first opened, as they were offering 20% on all services. The woman I saw was wonderful (she left the next week and never came back),but the tension in the air i nthe salon was palpable and very uncomfortable. Two of the men were fighting with each other - which happened each of the next 3 times I came as well. The first time I went my nails were beautiful, so I came back. The next time (I have acrylic over my nails) I had 4 nails break &/or chip within 3 days of my manicure - this has never happened before with any manicure I've ever gotten. The next 2 times I came back (I figured maybe it was a bad day), I had the same experience. My nails broke, chipped and cracked within days of my manicure. Between the awful manicures I'd gotten combined with the tension between employees, I would never go back and would never recommend them. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience today. I went in with old gel polish and had it taken off (barely). They were out of the color I wanted and had to choose a different one, the nail tech left a lot of my old blue polish on and the color I chose wouldn't cover it. You can see in the photos the blue nail polish that shows through, it's not subtle. She was filing my nails and did it so aggressively that she broke one of them and had to fix it with nail glue and acrylic powder. She didn't let the gel cure long enough under the light and there are now bubbles. She had to redo the top coat due to the fact that she was rushing and didn't let it cure long enough. The nail job was rushed and poor, I will not be coming back here. Not worth my $30. read more

Looks very clean but unfortunately it's not! Me and my daughter had a spa day the nail shellac can off in last than two weeks! After the pedicure was done I was watching the person who did my pedi she whips off the items she used on my feet with the towel she used on my feet put the tools back into the bag where she got them than put them back in her tool box to do pedicures so you know what I'm saying she did not heat them up like they should be done to kill any funky left by the last person now I believe in sharing but not foot or nail funk! Now the young lady who work on my hands was very nice and sweet! I believe the owners daughter! But I don't recommend this spa because of the items where not cleaned right! read more

I came to this shop when it was ran by the previous owners and wasn't impressed. I found out new owners took over Nov 2017. So, I decided to give it another try. Last week, I came and got my nails dipped by James. I was highly impressed! They're honest, clean & do excellent work to be sure you're satisfied! Today, I got a pedicure from a gentleman named Lin. Both men were very meticulous and wanted to be sure you had the best experience possible. You should give this place a chance! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I've been 4 time so far since moving from Denver. The price is AWESOME. Every technician I've had has been friendly and efficient and done an excellent job. The only complaint I have is on Super Bowl Sunday, they didn't tell me that they were all going to rush and close 45 min after i started my appointment (so they could all go watch the game) so I ended up leaving with toes that weren't totally dry. They wanted me to put their foam flip flops on, but I was going straight to a Super Bowl party and that just wasn't happening. That said, I still give it 5 stars. I really love this place and am so happy to have found a decent nail place 4 minutes from my house in a town where I typically need to drive 30 minutes for anything. For what it's worth, I typically get a regular pedi and a gel mani. Only one of my mani's started to chip before two weeks, but that was over the holidays and honestly, I was harder on my hands than I normally am. ETA - this place has changed hands since I wrote this review. I had 1-2 less than stellar experiences and the prices went up. Not enough new experiences to alter the review, but take it with a grain of salt. I also go to a different place now as a result. read more

Not a great experience today. Tony's wife gave me a manicure, my first in 2.5 years. I requested regular nail polish. She cut my cuticles leaving many hang nails and didn't paint all the way to the edges. When I requested her to go over them again, she seemed very angry and instantly became defensive and changed her demeanor. She stated that they will chip anyway, and then proceeded to speak in Vietnamese to Tony, in an irritated tone. She never offered me any water until she offered another guest a beverage and noticed I overheard. I was drying and almost ready to leave so I declined, but would have loved to have a beverage during my manicure as I was thirsty. Needless to say, the polish is sloppy, inconsistent, partly on my skin, and not what I paid for. I still tipped 20% even though I felt my experience left me feeling disappointed and poorly treated. I know they work hard, but I expect to get what I pay for and don't need or appreciate poor customer service or attitude. read more

This place rocks. Clean and modern. Everyone is super nice and there are plenty of technicians that I can't imagine there ever being much of a wait. They offer you water, which I always appreciate. My only complaint is that they don't give a very long massage (at least my technician didn't). All in all would definitely come back if I'm in Evergreen. $40 for mani and pedi. I have been going to this nail salon since it's opening. I used to love my manicures and they would last forever! However, the past few times I've gone they have done absolutely terrible! They haven't paid attention to what they were doing resulting in multiple cuts around my cuticles and overall discomfort. It also seems that every time I've gone recently I've left with many bubbles in the gel and polish going way past my nail. I am very disappointed and will not be visiting any more. read more

The other yelpers must not have had the nail technician I had. First appointment here. Made an appointment at 6p two days ahead. After waiting 20 minutes, I'm seeing everyone is busy and wondering who's going to get around to doing my nails. Then in comes Daisy. She was running late because she was at a hair appointment. She didn't try to make up for lost time. She kept talking with the other technicians, putting her file down and turning around in her chair to talk. The other technicians never looked up at her, focusing on their customers. So, I let her know I have a 7:00p appointment to get to. That didn't faze her. After painting two of my nails, she got up and headed back to paint someone elses nails. I watched and waited, then got out of my chair and let her know I'm running out of time. She made her way back and I asked her to just do one coat so they would dry faster. She refused. I got out of there at 7:08. So, I arrived at 5:58 for a manicure and left at 7:08. I will at least give her kudos because she walked me to my car and started it so I wouldn't mess up my nails. First and last time. read more
