I honestly think I'm just assed out for dry cleaning here. There aren't that many here in town and services are expensive. I think I've reached the point where the cost of drying cleaning has exceed what I paid for some of my clothes. That's my biggest complaint. The 2nd complaint about this location (I used to go to the one on Campbell) is that they have signage for other services like furniture and carpet cleaning but when I asked about how those services worked, the clerk told me that she didn't know. How does your staff not know about their own products and services? Thankfully I only need dry cleaning done once a year for my winter clothes..."winter clothes". I think next year I'll just hand wash stuff or use my hotel points and get laundry services there. Gotta get creative in this economy. read more

Don't trust them with your garments people. The service sucks and the staff are rude. Dropped a pair of expensive short trousers that had some spots that I pointed out need addressing. Definitely did not attempt to clean the spots, just dry cleaned right over them. The trousers had an underlayer that needed pressing, and they returned them with unbelievable wrinkles... think jacked-up accordion. read more

The sparkle cleaners' employees on Drachman people are excellent and I admit scratching my head in wonder reading your reviews about poor service. I look forward to seeing them and pass probably three other outlets to go to the one I started with just to see Evelyn and the gang are. They usually come out with my Finished laundry and don't need a ticket. They rarely ever yell at me which is nice.,too. I was in a car accident last year and left some stuff At their shop and went and got and got it back over six months later. I was there without a ticket, no problem. They seem to understand my filing and finance system which is impressive ,considering I don't understand it myself. They've never lost a thing. And dryCleanings is one thing I don't have to worry about really. and I don't do delivery or anything. I like to stop by and see the Smiling pretty faces. read more

Never write reviews but I had to warn people about the terrible service at this cleaner, after spending time trying to get through to someone, they basically told me too bad so sad and that they are incapable to making a delivery mistake after my two pairs of dress pants, nice dress shirt, and tie were sold and dismissed. Although this is not my first choice for dry-cleaning it is my mother's choice so I that's why I tend to go here they are rather expensive and sometimes when I pick up her items they do appear as if they were not pressed very well. Personally I would select a cheaper cleaners especially if the work is not going to be is great and up to standards. Although some items that she had especially expensive dress they actually did a pretty good job that's why I'm in a go ahead and give him three stars. read more

I had been somewhat satisfied with their service prior to today. It was a cold and windy morning and I arrived to pick up my items. The attendant took my information and in the process a gentleman arrived after I did and she stopped providing service to me so she could process his drop off. The time it took her to help him was about the same amount it took to get me out of there. Another kind attendant came out to assist me while I was waiting and the other attendant stopped her and told her she was already helping me....which at this point wasn't true. Very poor quality masks. Stitching came apart. No nose closure material to seal nose. $7.00 is excessive for this poorly made product. Regional Manager Ed refunded the purchase. It's been three years since my first review, so I think an update in order. Anything new besides the road detours on Stone? Well, note really, but I do have some tips! If you drop your items off before 10am, they can have them ready for you the same day. They also have a VIP service, which is free of charge. You can sign up for it by creating a personal account and setting up an auto-charge. They provide you with a dry cleaning bag and you can drop off your items 24 hours a day. And like I said, the VIP service doesn't cost extra, so if you dry clean often...I say sign up! My clothes are always ready on time, I've never had a missing item and they're a green business. Dry cleaning is obviously a chemical heavy process, so knowing that Sparkle Cleaners is doing their part to be earth friendly is worth paying a little extra. read more

I RARELY give one star to a business, since I think that it's to harsh! BUT I am going do to so for this location. I had such a good experience with them last time that I thought I would use them from now on. WRONG! Day 1: So here's how it went down, I dropped off 3 items of clothing on a saturday morning, the man behind the counter said they would be ready by 3pm that day. I ended up not picking up the items till monday. Day 2: So I walked up to the walk up window and a lady asked for my ticket and I gave it to her, and she went back in for a minute then came back out and said "The items are not ready." I told her I had dropped them off on saturday and repeated what the man said about being ready on saturday. She then mumbled something and went back in and started looking for the items again. I could see her in the shop just wondering around. Next thing I knew the same gentlemen who help me on saturday had my tickets in his hand, and said he can't find the items. When did the switch happen? I thought you were suppose to follow through with customer service, and not get passed on to other employee's. After what seem like eternity they finally found 2 of the items and told me they couldn't find the 3rd. And that he would call me that evening because he knows its around somewhere. I still had to pay full price for the 2 items no discount, but I wasn't upset with that I was upset because I wasn't leaving with my original items. And I got passed off. DAY 3: I return and they proceed to tell me they tried calling me but I got no call, and they Lost my item "We can't find it." Now what am I suppose to do? What a disaster...I had been a loyal customer mainly due to the location of the cleaners. I have a VIP bag and dropped of my clothes knowing full well that I had 12 shirts & 6 pants, enough for their 3/for discounts. I totaled up the charges- 3 shirts for $5.70*4=$22.80, 3 pants for $10.95*2=$21.90...so $44.70 was what I was thinking & the bill was over $59!!! I asked why it was so much & Santiago, the king of smirking & bad attitude told me that they had to dry clean some items & that dry cleaning was 3/12.95. I was then basically told that if I wanted my clothes that I would have to pay the amount on the bill. I asked to speak to the manager & they called him & gave me a $3 discount. I told them that they were losing a customer for life & Santiago once again smirked and was happy to be rid of me & my business, forever. P.S. I went to Shaffer Cleaners on Campbell & they signed me up for their VIP service which includes home pickup & delivery. So much for the Sparkle convenience factor. read more

I would like to count the number of ways this place disappointed me: 1. I couldn't hear the teller person because you drop the clothes off OUTSIDE, and the traffic was just horrible. 2. The lady never told me how much money I would have to pay when I came to pick up the item. 3. The item did not look like it had even been touched. There was LINT on every part of my jacket, probably even worse then when I dropped it off. 4. For the quality of work they do (making the jacket worse) they are way too pricey. I got perfect service somewhere else for a fourth the price but that place is just too far for me to drive to now. Throwing clothes away and buying new ones might be cheaper than this shitbox. read more

I would avoid this place. They quote you one thing when you check in your clothes and price changes when you pick it up. Spent $16.50 to clean a jacket I bought at Costco for $20.00. It would have been cheaper to dry clean a 2 piece suit. No thanks there are better places. read more

DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I dropped off 4 shirts recently here because my normal dry clean joint was temporally closed due to improvement. Out of the 4 shirts, 3 of them are poorly pressed. Looked as if someone doesn't care and just threw the whole thing into it. My favorite shirt is completely ruined. In addition, the staff show no respect to the customer, and they are very expensive. Went there for the deal of 3 shirt for 6 dollars I asked the cashier about the price but they would not tell me they would charge extra for suit jackets when I came to pick them up they gouged me on the price and there was a faint stain left on my white jacket that wasn't there before. read more

These people are wonderful! I needed to have a wedding dress cleaned. I had called several cleaners and they said it woild take 2 to 3 weeks. This was a Monday and I needed the Dress by Saturday. They cautioned me it would be over 200 dollars which I expected. They called me early Friday morning, the dress was ready ahead of time. When I picked it up, the bill was only 144.00!
