Rebecca was leaving for an appointment and asked if it was ok to come back later so she could measure me proper, I did my other errands and on way home came back. She thanked me when I returned she said it was for medical appointment, I said no worries your so close to me I didn't mind coming back and understood everyone needs medical care and support that. So I returned later that day she measured me up and did fitting, then I asked about keeping original hem, she said it would be way more difficult to line up and take more time additional price and I decided it wasn't worth keeping original hem if alterations cost more than uniform.... I was disappointed to be honest and wondered what kind of work she did since I never used her or any seamstress since moving to Oro Valley. When I picked up my scrub pants which were 4 pair she matched the color thread so well and noticed impeccable stitching. Now I understand why she would charge more for original hem because it is difficult color to line up as well as the slits etc... but do not regret my decision. I am excited to find such talented seamstress so close to me, and cleaners when I need. Very good quality work, there was some broken Korean- English which I felt comfortable that she and I were both on same page. I read in another review someone had issue with language and also definitely did not experience any issues with my race being held against me Greek-American. Clean store, quality service and was accomodated in my time frame of need Grateful to be able to support this Korean (Asian) owned local store.

Not only is he not pleasant but he is condescending when you are trying to ask questions. The last 3 visits which are weekly I noticed that my board shorts come back very wrinkled and almost look they have not been dry cleaned the last time about a 2 weeks ago I asked the individual to please have them redone. When I went to pick up it they looked the same. He said I can resend and I said I am going out of town and need so he offered 1/2 off but said the manager may disagree and ask for the 1/2 off returned. This morning, my husband went to drop of my things off and was told by the young person that I need to go somewhere else. Absolutely amazing, but what is more interesting is I've noticed for about a year that they are doing less and less dry cleaning and laundry as not alot of folks using them anymore. I wonder why!

It is very very clean and you ask the attendant for the key to the restroom insuring it is for clients only They have different levels of wash machines from 20 to 65 lbs. The smallest was $4 which I felt a little steep but then realized the machines worked so well you saved money when drying. My towels were dry in 21 minutes or 75 cents. There are good clean wheeled carts a plenty. The manager was there to help and they will also do your laundry for you.
