BUYER BEWARE! They charged me for two coats because my trench coat had a lining. One of the coat charges was $25 and the other coat charge was $28. They partially refunded me $13 for a nonexistent coat. I also had a dress that I brought in for dry cleaning and they returned it wrinkled and stained. Mind you, the dress was not stained when I dropped it off. To top it off, they informed me that I can't pick up until Monday, because they have to "re-do" the cleaning. I needed that dress for an event over the weekend, so Monday is too late. I guess it doesn't really make a difference because they destroyed my dress. It's stained and discolored, completely unlike the nearly brand new condition it was dropped off in. I am so disappointed. Now I have to find another dress by tomorrow. I paid $170 for a dress that cost a mere $17 for them to destroy. read more

I have used this location many times to dry clean my work dress pants and shirts. What I like about this place is the ability to drive up to the sliding glass door and handover your products or drop them into a 24 hour bin. If you want to drop your clothes off in the 24 hour bin just ask them for a sparkle cleaners bag with your name on it. It's reusable and durable and you will be able to load it up with plenty of clothes. My clothes have came back clean, pressed, and with no damage. I average around $7.00 for a pair of pants to dry clean, but you can sometimes get deals like dry clean 6 get one free. Nice people and very helpful. read more

WORST EVER . Never ever will be back. They send OUT one shirt and don't even get it back clean. Wrinkles sleeve not creased bitchy woman comes out from the front doesn't know what she's doing and tailor woman in he back can't even find my SHIRT with the receipt. Told her email says to pick up takes them 20 minutes to find it then says oh it just came in. Over priced under qualified and horrible customer service. I had thrown away my damaged suit before making this review or and otherwise I would've taken a photo. I went with three suits expecting everything to be fine and one of them ended up becoming shredded they literally handed it back to me with a huge shred in the back of the jacket and the pants. I was shocked asked them what they could do and they said they couldn't do anything that it was that my garments were at fault. It doesn't make sense why they were ripped because their process should have been gentle. I lost a valuable suit. I won't go again. read more

I would give them a 0 on the stars but can't leave a review if you don't mark a star. Husband dropped a newly purchased suit still in the bag to get alterations on the pants only. But wanted the full suit dry cleaned after. He dropped off on a Friday the suit wouldn't be ready until the next Friday. I picked up the suit a week later. I got it home there is a very noticeable blue(suit is tan) pen mark on it. You can tell the dry cleaners knew about it because it had a stain remover stain around it. This was not pointed out to me when I picked it up. I go back Monday and explain. No apologies just pick it up after 5 p.m. tomorrow., I was told. Go to pick it up today and told I have to pick it up in alterations. Go into alterations and explain again what happened. She argued that the dry cleaners didn't do it they don't have pens. So finally after her saying that a few times she says if it was anyone it was alterations. I finally said I don't care who did it but it should've been brought to my attention and an apology should've been given. I'm sorry I've been using this location off & on for 15 years. Robert is the best! He is helpful, always so pleasant to work with. That would be reason enough to use Sparkle. There is more! My laundry is done right. If there is a problem, they fix it right away and always make it clear that customer satisfaction is a priority. If you need alterations or a repair, Brenda in Mendles Wife the Tailor is the best. She is helpful, talented and seems to be able to translate grumbles and "you knows" into exactly what you want. read more

Just had a less than favorable experience with the district manager at the Sparkle cleaners. First, only part of my order was ready as promised. Next, I'm told there is a charge for a crease sleaze where I don't believe I've ever been charged for this only for starch. Then, I explained to the district manager which she just came to the counter I didn't ask for her, that I came from one of their competitors after being away for a while. It was a little more convenient and seemed like it was cost-effective to start using their service again. She didn't thank me. Finally, after realizing the district manager in no way shape or form appreciated my business and didn't try and retain me as a valued customer I told her that I would be going back to the service I did have before which I was paying a little bit more for and it was a little bit out of my way. I would like not only this business to know but all businesses, that as a consumer and in sales myself for the last 20 years it is a known fact that customers will pay a little bit more for better. Rant over lol ***Update I went to retrieve the rest of my items and I was greeted by the friendly staff as always and much to my surprise the district manager Dana without being asked credited my account and clarified some things for me. Due to their process, I found several holes in a pair of my slacks. When I pointed this out they replied that it was due to moths; curious, none of my other items which I keep in the same closet are moth eaten. They would not even offer a refund. I will not use this place again, plenty of other options very near by. read more

Robert, the manager, was actually really rude and unprofessional. There are many other places to go, and I suggest avoiding this location at all costs. I took something in to be hemmed, and it ended up going to be cleaned as well (which wasn't my original plan). When I came back to pick it up, I still had to pay for the cleaning. I wanted to use a coupon but was refused since I didn't use it right when I brought the garment in-that I didn't even plan to get cleaned at first by the way. I informed him I wouldn't be coming back since the coupon wouldn't be honored, and it was pretty clear he couldn't care less. I let him know I could tell my business wasn't all that important to him, especially since honoring my coupon would have cost a mere $2.50. He became so agitated he literally spat a little in my face. He also proceeded to tell me what I should say when I made a complaint to the corporate office. Anyway, it isn't as if I've never been told I can't use a coupon, but usually people are far more professional about it. I've certainly never had spittle in my face before. Yuck. read more
