I'm so glad Sparkle Nails & Spa was recommended to me. I can't imagine going any where else from now on. Customer service and satisfaction is their #1 priority. The atmosphere is quiet, soothing, clean and professional. Their pricing is competitive.

I went to Sparkle nails for a gel manicure today for the first time. Tori was very friendly and listened to what I wanted. She checked as she worked to make sure I was happy with the shape and length. I asked for a fun Polk a dot design and it turned out really cute. It's hard to change salons and I was very happy with the results! The pedicure I had was also very nice.

I've been to Sparkle Nails 3 times now and I've had an outstanding experience every time. The artists are so sweet and have consistently provided quality service. Tori is a fantastic manicurist and clearly loves what she does. She pays attention to every little detail and takes considerable time with prep work. Her edges are SO clean. I feel I'm able to relax and enjoy being pampered rather than being anxious and watching (we all know that feeling right?!). Can't wait to come back again soon!

I had one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had at this salon. I paid $171 for a Gel-X full set and a gel pedicure. The same night, one nail popped off. By the next morning, three nails had fallen off on their own. When I came back and asked for the full set to be fixed (because it was clearly a faulty application), the manager refused and only fixed the three individual nails. The following morning, another nail fell off. When I asked for a refund, the manager refused unless he first removed all of my nails. I felt pressured into letting him remove them just to get any refund at all. After removing my nails, he only refunded $65, and later another $20 -- nowhere close to the $171 I paid. My natural nails were damaged, and the whole situation was unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly uncomfortable. I've never had Gel-X pop off like this in my life. I won't be returning.

The polish is smooth, the shape is perfect, and the overall finish is gorgeous. Dan was attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted, which made the experience even better. My husband also had a pedicure done by Tori, and she did a fantastic job. The vibe at Sparkle Nails & Spa is welcoming. he salon is clean, and the staff clearly care about delivering quality work. If you're in the area and looking for reliable gel mani and pedicure options, this is a great spot to try. I'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend this nail salon! I've gone three times now and they never disappoint! They are very accommodating and welcoming. Each time I've had a service I brought in inspiration pictures for a full set/fill and each time they've exceeded my expectations! I've had different techs work on my nails there and they all took their time to achieve the designs I wanted. I've received many compliments on each of my sets, thus proving the amazing quality of work they provide!

I loved this place! My first time getting my nails done in a while and I'm glad I went here. Tori was the best! She gave me an acrylic overlay on my natural nails. One broke over the weekend and I came in to get it fixed and they jumped right on it without hesitation! Fixed it, even apologized, and sent me off happy! I will for sure be returning. read more

I've been going to Sparkle Nail since the day they opened -- it honestly felt meant to be. I had just moved to Murrieta and was searching for a new nail place (I'm very picky!). I've been coming to this salon for a while now, and it has consistently been one of the best experiences I've had. The staff are always warm and welcoming, the salon is extremely clean, and they take their time with every service. Unlike many places I've been to that prioritize quantity over quality, this salon genuinely cares about the work they do. Nick does my nails, and his attention to detail is impeccable. He never rushes, always checks in to make sure I'm happy with the shape, length, color, etc., and the quality of his work speaks for itself--I'm pretty tough on my nails, and I've never had any issues. The one time I accidentally chipped a nail (my fault), he squeezed me in right away and fixed it at no charge. That level of customer service is rare, and so appreciated. I also want to say that they are honest & truly good people who care deeply about their business and their customers. My experiences here have always been nothing but positive, professional, and kind. They work hard, treat people with respect, and run a wonderful family business. I will continue to support them wholeheartedly. If you're looking for a clean, friendly, and detail-oriented nail salon that truly values its customers, I highly recommend giving this place a try! read more

The nails are pretty, but they don't do the nails like you want them. I went there for the first time I showed him a picture six times shortest nails ever had in my life. They make my fingers look fat. They should've charged me a half price they knew I wasn't happy my toes. The lady did a great job. They're beautiful. read more

I've been looking to find another nail salon in the area and I have finally found it!!! This place is absolutely amazing! I wish I got the guys name that did my nails because his work was so precise. I normally get gel manicures but I am a server so they tend to crack after awhile, so I asked about acrylic and he suggested dip with gel for the look I was going for. I am so happy with them!! They turned out perfect! I can't wait to go back and get a pedicure next time. All the nail techs were so friendly and sweet. read more

To start off, I hate going to nail salons but, I came into this nail salon upset with my nails from a previous salon. I explained to (I believe her name was Tina) what I wanted and what I didn't like about my previous nails. Tina did my nails exactly how I wanted them. They were not too thick and the french tip was spot on! Not once did she have to go in with a brush to fix the French, she did it perfectly by hand. This will now be my go to salon. She made my experience relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you! read more

They do great nails but the prices were insane I got charged 90 dollars for just red white and blue on two nails. They did a great job but would not go back and pay 90 dollars again. So I will have to keep looking for a good nail place. read more

This was our first time here We made an appointment and walked right in at our appointment time and were taken instantly. Which was so nice and so rare for any nail salon! The service here was impeccable they were efficient and did the best job on our pedicures they were upfront with prices and there were no surprises. If you pay cash they give a discount. The sns and acrylic nails were just like the inspo pictures we provided . The restroom was clean as was everything else! This place is amazing!! Will be back! They also had complimentary waters. read more

Nick & Tori are an awesome husband wife duo! Nick did a superb job on my nails, taking time to make them absolutely perfect and exactly what I asked for. Tori did a beautiful job on my deluxe pedicure and massage. I'm so happy I found them and will definitely return. Came in for a gel mani and asked for Nick based on other Yelp reviews. He is very thorough, quick and meticulous. My kinda service! Also had a pedi which I asked for after I came in as I prefer doing separately if tech is available. I got halfway done with mani before I was asked to move to chair which worked out fine. I was able to enjoy the massage chair shortly after mani finished. Didn't get her name but she was very good too. It's a smallish shop and there were only 3 techs there at the time but they had just opened and they weren't too busy for my services to get done quickly. Shop was clean and comfortable and had nice relaxing music on to enjoy. Also glad the massage chairs are spaced a couple feet apart as the lady that came in was sneezing and coughing nonstop. Ugh. read more

They also had the plexiglass to meet the state guidelines (our new norm), and she also used a disposable plastic wrap for the foot spa tub. There are 2 nail stations and 2 spa stations. And for the new customers, this place is located inside Phoenix salon, in between Barrons and Dollar Tree Store. The staff also wore masks and gloves during the service and masks are also required for every customer. I was really happy with my service today. Not only was Nikki very pleasant, but she also did an amazing job on my gel pedicure. I highly recommend this place!

What should have been a simple gel pedicure ended with me being cut. I've had many pedicures over the years and have never been injured like this before. To make matters worse, the technician who started my pedicure didn't even finish it. Halfway through, I was handed off to another person to complete the service, which made the experience feel rushed and impersonal. The overall atmosphere could also use some improvement. I love kids, and I completely understand that life happens, but when I go to get a pedicure, manicure, or any other relaxing service, I expect a calm and professional environment. During my visit, children were in the salon opening and spilling nail supplies, which made the experience feel chaotic rather than relaxing. In my opinion, that isn't the level of professionalism I was expecting. I was really hoping to find a salon close to home that provided quality service, but this experience was very disappointing. Sadly, I'll have to continue my search elsewhere.

Yall- These guys are the sweetest! The gentlemen working on my nails took his time in making sure everything was identical and solid, definitely can tell these nails will survive for a bit. The shape is exactly what I asked for. The shop has good vibes, I love the floral accents they have. Nice and cool in there. I ended up getting faint halfway through the appointment (previous health problems) and had to leave. The guys there were so quick to help me out, making sure I had water and soda so that I wouldn't pass out and told me to take my time in feeling better. Very sweet and very gentle, and I'd love to go back soon when I'm feeling better! read more

Best nail service I've ever had. I had the basic pedicure with polish and Tori was so careful and precise. For manicure I got extensions with dip powder and gel polish to match my pedicure. They were so kind and welcoming and never made me feel bad for not being familiar with all the different options. I hope that they never sacrifice their quality to rush and get more customers in. If you want a quick "okay" service then go somewhere else. This team takes their time and does it right! read more

I spent 2 years looking for a new nail salon. I tried at least 5 or 6 and I finally found one that is worth my business. Tori does an amazing job. Very friendly and detail oriented. Takes the extra time to make sure your skin is nice and soft and the shape of your nails are exactly how you like them. The salon is always very clean.
