I had one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had at this salon. I paid $171 for a Gel-X full set and a gel pedicure. The same night, one nail popped off. By the next morning, three nails had fallen off on their own. When I came back and asked for the full set to be fixed (because it was clearly a faulty application), the manager refused and only fixed the three individual nails. The following morning, another nail fell off. When I asked for a refund, the manager refused unless he first removed all of my nails. I felt pressured into letting him remove them just to get any refund at all. After removing my nails, he only refunded $65, and later another $20 -- nowhere close to the $171 I paid. My natural nails were damaged, and the whole situation was unprofessional, dismissive, and honestly uncomfortable. I've never had Gel-X pop off like this in my life. I won't be returning. read more

The staff are always warm and welcoming, the salon is extremely clean, and they take their time with every service. Unlike many places I've been to that prioritize quantity over quality, this salon genuinely cares about the work they do. Nick does my nails, and his attention to detail is impeccable. He never rushes, always checks in to make sure I'm happy with the shape, length, color, etc., and the quality of his work speaks for itself--I'm pretty tough on my nails, and I've never had any issues. The one time I accidentally chipped a nail (my fault), he squeezed me in right away and fixed it at no charge. That level of customer service is rare, and so appreciated. I also want to say that they are honest & truly good people who care deeply about their business and their customers. My experiences here have always been nothing but positive, professional, and kind. They work hard, treat people with respect, and run a wonderful family business. I explained to (I believe her name was Tina) what I wanted and what I didn't like about my previous nails. Tina did my nails exactly how I wanted them. Came in for a gel mani and asked for Nick based on other Yelp reviews. He is very thorough, quick and meticulous. My kinda service! Also had a pedi which I asked for after I came in as I prefer doing separately if tech is available. I got halfway done with mani before I was asked to move to chair which worked out fine. I was able to enjoy the massage chair shortly after mani finished. Didn't get her name but she was very good too. It's a smallish shop and there were only 3 techs there at the time but they had just opened and they weren't too busy for my services to get done quickly. Shop was clean and comfortable and had nice relaxing music on to enjoy. Also glad the massage chairs are spaced a couple feet apart as the lady that came in was sneezing and coughing nonstop.
